Do not use this company. We were locked out and they were trying to negotiate with us the entire process versus being honest about the price. We clarified 2 times on the final cost and then Zach, our locksmith told us a different price at the end, trying to charge us more than agreed upon. He agreed to putting us in touch with his supervisor, to clarify the price, and his boss wouldn’t accept a a chat with us.

When I needed new car keys made for a teenager's car, Zoe and the team at Rapid Pro Locksmith helped me out. All the dealers charge over $200 to cut and program one car key fob. Since the fob is required to start the car and I needed 3 keys, I knew I needed a locksmith, not a car dealership. I saved money and supported a small, local business.

Expensive and there isn't any price transparency. The phone assistant doesn't know anything about what the cost range is at all. The technician just quoted cost of service arrangement, and mentioned he doesn't set a price. It's all very disorganized. Management doesn't call back for complaints.
