Rapido Wash is excellent. The facility is clean and well maintained. I did their wash and fold service and it was very reasonable. Their price was much more reasonable than SpinXpress by $10 for 2 loads of laundry. The lady that was helping me was new but there was a young man helping her and he was very patient. They were both very caring and customer oriented. I will definitely come back again. Laundry was fresh, clean and folded just like I fold it. Polo shirts were all on hangers and everything was bundled well. They were a real lifesaver since I came in at 2 pm and they had my laundry done by 5 pm. I went so late because of a horrible experience with SpinXpress. I cannot say enough positive things about Rapido Wash or the staff they are just so positive. Thank You so much.

It’s been quite sometime that I have stepped foot in a laundry mat and for sure things have changed! Instantly I was greeted by the most friendliest man named Edward. He must have noticed that puzzled look on my face. He helped me load my card and showed me how to use the washer and dryer. This man was constantly cleaning which must be why the place is super clean. While cleaning he still greeted every person that walked through the door. He continued to check in on us and at the end he even helped my mother and I load our laundry into my van. I know this isn’t in his job description but it just shows that he goes above and beyond. If I had my own company I would want Edward to work for me, he’s for sure one of a kind. Thank you Edward for all you do!

The best laundromat ever. 1st time there. The staff was incredible, they helped me get my card and gave me a tour of the place. It was sooooo clean, someone was always sweeping and keeping the machines clean. This is my "go to" laundromat. I live by the airport, but am willing to travel the distance for this place. We had several slab leaks and had not had a washer for 3 weeks. We did 14 loads of laundry. We washed all our clothes, linens, bedspreads and blankets. Their machines can handle huge loads, but also some for small loads, as well. The dryers are great and really heat up. No leaks in the doors, great suction. We are in the middle of house renovations, so plan to return. Great 1st experience!

When Rey’s Laundry turned in to RapidoWash, I was told the money in my Rey’s card would be applied to my new RapidoWash card. It has been SEVERAL MONTHS!!!! How many peoples money did you steal?? Do your new customers know you’re thieves?? I’ve gone in THREE TIMES . the first time, they took the Rey’s card and told me they money would be transferred automatically. Second time they told me “when the manager comes he can help.” Well I talked to the manager two weeks ago and all he did was take down my Rapido card numbers. Give me money back!!! It’s been way too long for you to simply be transferring data over. At this point you have stolen my money!!!!!?!!

we go to this place or wash dry and fold service in their work is superior. We are never disappointed with the quality of the washing the folding and the hanging of our clothes. They do great work, but I have only one complaint about their wash and fold. I went in a few weeks ago and was told they'd give the middle level service for the basic price if you brought your own detergent, etc. I came in to drop off some laundry and they said there's a convenience fee of $5.00??? Why would you spend $5.00 extra on $20 worth of laundry when you supply the soap? This was very different than what I'd been told and just really let me down.

I came in trying to dry some items before I left the airport today. I was super stressed and trying to call myself from a recent panic attack. The woman that was working completely helped me get a card and get a washer going and then helped me double check my dryer. She was extremely helpful and courteous and thoughtful. The laundromat was extremely clean and actually had some of the lowest prices I found when visiting San Antonio and meeting a washer and dryer at the last minute before I pack my summer items away. Thank you much and I saved you as one of my favorites for my next visit.

My mother went to your establishment today December 11, 2022 at around 2:20. And a majority of the time your employee spent it harassing and seemingly racially profiling my mother. Not only that but she was also touching and removing my mother’s personal property. I am not someone who likes to bash someone’s business but my mother has been coming to this place for a while and has never felt not only unsafe and threatened but on the brink of tears because of the lack of professionalism and disrespect for customers that she experienced today. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!

I saw all the excellent reviews online and decided to try this place out. Absolutely loved it, well worth my time. Its clean and has great machines. The staff there does a wonderful job of maintaining the place and making sure the customers have everything they need. I was a bit confused with the system they have set up but there was two gentlemen there named Joseph and Dennis who were very helpful!! I will definitely be making this my regular spot for laundry and I think Rapido Wash is in great hands with the staff there.

Update: I have been utilizing this laundry mat since it opened. Great hospitality and good environment. New machines, place is always clean! Staff us so helpful with laundry or any questions. Restrooms are always clean just need to ask staff to open them. I would like to give Edward a special shout out, he is so helpful and has a great personality. He works as if he owns this place, he truly cares about the customers. He is an asset to this specific local business. Come check them out you won’t regret it!

Yeah, it says there’s a “kid zone” there’s literally not even somewhere for my kiddos to sit down. There are like, three benches with three or four seats each, all occupied by one individual grown man, sitting alone, taking up each entire bench. Not only is chivalry completely dead, but this place is just packed full of inconsiderate people and there’s no place at all for my children and I to sit or even put our things down, let alone figure out the laundry. False advertising at its best. Thanks

Man what nice place! I never would have thought that I’d have GREAT customer service experience at a little olde laundromat.... Well isn’t that kinda place. It’s super super clean, much better value than my apt or other laundry joints, and the staff is just great. She helped a poor dumb bachelor finger out the pay system and which washers to us for the clothes I had and save money too. I may be back tomorrow just to hang out. Love this place!!!!

Rapido Wash is AMAZING! Victor and Yolanda were friendly when we walked in the door, and Victor took us on a detailed tour of the facility. Not only are the machines new and clean, they are state of the art, and will TEXT YOU when your machine is done! USB ports along one wall to charge your phone (bring your own cord), and your Rapido Wash card is used for all services in the facility (vendingmachines too). I have a new laundromat!

Rapido Wash is the reason I stress less!! Reason 1: My laundry was serviced quick, folded perfectly and handled with care (much appreciated!!!!) 2: I now can use my washer and dryer to rage and smash up after a crazy day and 3: Given plenty of options and packes to choose from in accordance with my schedule. Great communication and clarity on the process and now where I go from here out. The laundry task is a thing of the past!!!

I have never been to a laundromat that is so state-of-the-art. Totally amazing!!! The young lady who works there, Sarah, was so helpful and cheerful that she made doing laundry a pleasure rather than a chore. I do not know how much Sarah is paid, but whatever it is, it's probably not nearly enough. She is a gem and the type of employee that every business loves, loves to have!!!! What a great laundry experience!!!!

Very clean, affordable, and the people who work here are very nice and helpful. It’s awesome that they give you a bonus on the card when you spend. The machines work great and dry my clothes all the way through. I’ve tried out a few laundromat places and this is by far the best choice. I am going to continue to come here. Besides it’s next to a BBQ place, $1 Tree and Mexican Restaurant. What more could you ask for.

Friendly, great and professional staff. The wash and fold service is great! This is my go to place for my laundry! Drop my laundry off, in and out in under a minute. Then I get a text within a few hours or the next day telling me my laundry is ready! The laundry is clean, folded, and smells great! I do not know why I didn’t do this sooner. Last time I was there I was able to use a $10 dollar bill to get $1 dollar bonus. It gave customers an option to use a $10 for $1 dollar bonus or a $20 for a $2 dollar bonus. Now they’ve raised it to $20 for $2 and $50 for $5. That’s too much for me to deposit. They should have just left the first option there for people like me that don’t have huge loads of laundry to wash like family size loads.

I am from out of town &I ask the young man &the young women here for help on do the dryers work &do they take cash or coins &they said no it doesnt take coins but it takes dollars &they help me start the dryer &they were very helpful,hardworking, good people,genuine people, they have a positive attitude too &keep up the excellent work that you provide to the customers!!

I was so relieved to find a laundromat that provided wash & fold; in this case, a place to leave my king size comforter to be laundered. Susan did a great job and did it so quickly. I was totally impressed with how clean and orderly the place is, as well as how professional Susan executed everything. I've recommended it to everyone that has large items to launder.

Sarah is a good attendent and very helpful i felt like i was over asking things but thats just me overthinking. She is very nice and always ready to help a patron. Very clean (because its new) but also because the employees inside are always sanitizing and cleaning equipment. The washers and dryers work perfectly. I love that you don't deal with change, you can use your debit card to transfer funds to the card you use for the machines. I can only hope it doesn't turn into a crop hole down the line. I love it here.

Great washers and dryers! Easy to reload wash card, friendly staff, clean environment, good selection of different size washers and dryers. Best one I've ever been to. Nobody wants to have to use a laundromat so it's nice to come to a comfortable place. Security usually in the parking lot too which isn't really necessary but completely welcomed

Super expensive rude staff even worse management. My 3 year old son needed to go to the restroom and we asked for them for the code to the restroom manager ignored us. Then asked again and same thing. I told her if my son peed on her floor it was her fault then took him next door. Then employees have most washers and dryer’s full.

Honestly the fact that it costs $1.49 to start the dryer and then .25 thereafter is absurd after spending $8 for a large washer. Don’t waste your time going and using your card as you must pay in $10 increments thus keeping you coming back as they don’t allow smaller increments when you only have to dry your clothing.

This has always been a great place to wash, but recently, the woman working there has been extremely rude to us and other customers. I’ve called to get the manager/owners contact information, but no luck. I’m not one to normally review negatively, but we don’t put up with being treated like second class citizens.

I had read some great reviews on this laundromat so I gave it a try. I took a king sized comforter to be washed and dried. They were busy yet had my comforter folded perfectly and wrapped neatly, it took less that two hours to have it done. The gentleman met me at the door to deliver! Great service! I’ll be back!

After passing on a sketchy looking laundromat to me, I found this one down the street just a few more minutes away. The machines are very nice here. I was helped from the moment I walked in the door. Very friendly staff and they were on top of cleaning the equipment the entire time I was there. Great place!

This laundromat has a sign that the last wash is at 9:30. I’ve walked up to dry clothes at 9:25pm & the doors are locked. Tonight I walked up at 9:23 to dry 1 load of laundry & the Hispanic lady w/long hair had just walked away from locking the door. There posted hours aren’t truly their business hours

Creepy employee followed my girl friend to my car. That is unprofessional and you also stand near her and block her cart in well she is doing laundry and i watch our kids im extremely disappointed now I lose money because in not going back to do laundry here again. Mt first time here it was a Sunday so I expected it to be too busy but many machines were available. Although it's self service there were three friendly staff attendants cleaning and asking if I needed help which I appreciated so much! They even have ports on the wall to charge your devices.

In my whole life, I have NEVER been to a laundry mat that is so clean! The staff is so friendly! The dryer took a dollar from me, and the lady seen, and gave me my dollar back without any issues. (Usually it's an issue over just a stupid dollar, but no!!) Highly recommend this spot!!

I have gone to this laundry mat since it opened and used to love it. They started a laundry service which has made it so that there are never any available dryers. The manager is lovely but the rest of the staff is rude and yells at customers and are always on their cellphones.

If you wash your clothes you don't have an issue the issue is when you dry your clothes some machines I've used two different machines at different days and my clothes still come out wet have to go home and hang them but if you willing to take a chance it works it's good

The washers are 3x more expensive than any laundromat in the area. You have to load money into a card in increments of $10. You can’t get that money back and it’s a $1 activation fee that you don’t get back. Avoid this place at all costs
