The place is convenience shopping place to get groceries/vegetables in nearby. This store is relatively new(opened few months back after unlock started in year2020). I had provided feedback(in their official store feedback book) on keeping large size bags for vegetables and it is not addressed for past 2 months. The bag sizes are too small and cannot carry more than 200gms of vegetables or 1 or 2 bunches of leafy vegetables. The staff in the store are not conversant of the items (by name) especially when checked in Hindi or English. Most often they go and check with the senior staff in the store, there by delaying and testing customer patience. Another feedback I have provided to the store manager to have a ramp arranged from the store exit which is elevated to the ground/parking space. This helps the customers (especially the area in surrounding has inhabitants of Defense services veterans) to push their carts down the ramp till the vehicle parked. Walking down the stairs with heavy carry bags can be risky/dangerous of tripping and also while crossing the busy road to reach the vehicle. The staff to help carrying the bags are not available though the billing counter gives a call to support staff but nobody turns up to help in carrying heavy bags from exit door of the shop till the vehicle.

This supermarket at sainkpuri is good for all types of home grocery. They have good quality products, nicely packed and arranged. Easy to find and pick the products that you need. The staffs are nice and helping. You also get good dairy products. They have fresh vegetables and fruits too. Billing is quick and they accept sodexo card. Parking is challenging during weekends and evening time. They do provide valet parking.

Just bought a watermelon on Aug 9th and on 11th when cut it open it was already rotten inside. Even when buying from a street vendor we rarely have this issue. I am just wondering how old was this stock. This place is always crowded and getting a parking is a nightmare. U brave all this to get here thinking ratnadeep is a brand and u get good stuff. But this branch is for a zero . Will not recommend this place

Good place for your grocery needs at Sainikpuri main road.Wide range of grocery brands, ample space inside, Neatly arranged and tagging of racks for easy identification, Sufficient no of billing station for fast service. Staff efficient and cooperative. Fresh vegetables also available. Parking space for car available in front.

Another store open of Ratandeep.Very near to my place.It is much spacious than A.S.Rao Nagar Market. So neat and clean ambience.Always look more Hygenic.I and my wife bought some fruits and vegetable.Although price are little higher and fixed buy product is 100% worthy. Will visit regularly as it is near to my place.

Nicely sorted store- helpful staff, nice facility for home delivery, only suggestion to the management is please provide debit machine in every counter - and delivery home book for registration in every counter to avoid Que for the other customers. Thanks for your service we really appreciate.

The store opened recently in this location. However, the expensive Spanish olive oil sold is probably fake as it does not taste or smell like extra virgin olive oil. So, customers should be cautious while purchasing olive oil not only in this store but every where in India.

Amazing, although you did not have jeera powder. I thought something like jeera powder missing in a super market is seriously unacceptable. And believe you me, there was no apology, no regret. The staff just got over by saying NO. Please do replenish your products on time.

New place which has come up recently on Sainikpuri Road. As Usual Ratnadeep has the variety and the quality. This place is bigger and much more visible than the one which was there on AS Rao Nagar Road. Easy to shop in right locality. Parking might be a problem.

All items are overpriced. Quality of wheat is like maida. None Of the items are below mrp. Worst ever for monthly purchase. Made a purchase of 7589 rs which i could easily buy at 4000 something in grofers, reliance fresh or big basket. Worst shopping experience

I bought 4 nos sweet corn cobs yesterday, thinking it to be sweet corn but they were just normal corns ( normal non sweet bhutta ). Not expected of a renowned supermarket like Ratnadeep. I'm very dejected. They were overpriced too

It has lot of options for groceries.. the best part is payment options.. they accept Sodexo also for non food items.. it helped alot.. now a days no exciting offers are there in the store.. excited to see exciting offers in store.

The products were from all around the world so I can enjoy any food item/snacks anytime, there is one issue though. These food items like avocado Jalapeño etc are not in good shape or quality to use, otherwise the store is great!

It's expensive place to buy your groceries and strawberries that I got were totally rotten inside- they are too cleaver the put the good looking side up and at the bottom it's covered by grean leaf! Sometimes you get good stuff

Best super market and all grocery items each category is available there there are plenty of discounts you can check them in the store which is quite amazing The staff is also friendly and neat and clean surroundings

Ratnadeep vayupuri is much larger in space and in splendor. Its has very brightly lit display of counters . This branch looks posher than other branches . One thing is for sure you will never be disappointed at ratnadeep.

Poor parking experience & Traffic Police Penalty for shopping at this Store in Sainik Puri area. Do at your risk. Is it worth the risk going to these stores Limit Business with Parking Appointments or go to other stores.

Ratnadeep has always been my go to supermarket for years because of it's simple and elegant arrangements of things and with a wide range of our daily essentials. Shopping with a baby has been a breeze here.

The place was well maintained But I did not find any sanitizer at the entrance/exit. Vegetable weren't fresh I had visited at 7pm evening and I find those to be a day old. Bill was smooth and fast.

Have become a patron now. Our go to place for all our grocery needs. Just a small suggestion, Ratnadeep can come up with some loyalty points for their patrons. Will truly appreciate that.

It is a rather big store, with almost everything you may need. Slightly on expensive side but the better quality more than makes up for it. Parking may be an issue during peak hours.

Excellent collection as is expected of any ratnadeep outlet. With a host of other outlets springing up in that area, parking may be a hassle (but still better than othe city places )

One of the best groceries and daily needs place in Sainikpuri. Latest manufacturing dates are always kept in stocks. Only drawback is not enough parking space for 4 wheelers.

Not everything is good in terms of quality, most milk chocolates are distorted, biscuits broken and if you complain senior staff acts rude

Exorbitant price. Peanut butter jars seal was open. We saw it after 3 days of purchase. Shame on you guy's for not cheating.
