Outstanding, honest agent who gets results When I was looking to put my house on the market, I went into the process not trusting real estate agents in general. This was my first time selling a property, and I was wary of being taken advantage of by an unscrupulous realtor. When I met Louie Kazzi from Ray White Bankstown, though, I felt that I could trust him straight away. He explained the process of selling my property, and arranged another appointment with me to go over the information again with my mum! I also knew straight up how much marketing would cost, and what the commission would be. I was skeptical though when he told me how much to list my property for. His recommendation was 10% above what I thought would be the absolute maximum price I would get. I went with it, even though I didn't think I would get that much. Long story short, my property sold after a single open house. The buyer tried to negotiate a lower price, but Louie managed to get the full asking price after only two days of negotiations. I was absolutely ecstatic. Louie's communication was exceptional throughout the entire process, and he kept me up to date every step of the way. I expected this process to take several months, so the fact we went from being on the market to sold in a period of only three weeks was truly remarkable. I highly recommend Louie as an honest and hard-working real estate agent who gets results. Words cannot express my gratitude for everything he has done for me. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

I had my property managed by Raywhite for 8 years and while I had some great properties managers early on the last year is more than disappointing. In the last year I would go so far to say that Raywhite failed to manage my property. Their communication was deplorable for example they were unresponsive to multiple requests made by my tenant by phone and writing. The tenant was left with no other option than to contact me directly and together we sorted the problem out. I was never informed that the property manager managing my property has left (although over the years this was a recurring example of the poor communication). Even when I escalated my concerns to the director I did not receive any suitable follow up or solution, rather my property was left with out a managing agent. I understand staffing may be an issue but that is up to the company to either stop taking on new properties or actively recruit competent staff. I am disappointed that I stuck with Raywhite for so many years out of loyalty and hope that the situation would improve. I have since changed realestate and could not be happier. This change only confirmed to me how poorly my property was being managed by Raywhite and how bad they were at communicating. If you are an owner and considering Raywhite to manage your property please consider what other options are available and go with a realestate with good recent reviews.

I called in to request for a call back from an agent for a place I was interested in renting. I submitted an email to agent through Domain a week ago, and I called the agent 3 times on different days but no pick up. So i wasn’t sure if the listing was updated. I decided to call the main office, a person picked up and i told them it has been very hard to contact the agent. So the person said to me: “Do you know how busy agent is? They have to go see clients it’s normal if they don’t pick up their phones” I replied saying it was multiple calls already and i have submitted an email enquiry actually so it’s not just phone calls that agent was not replying to. She said oh well I can’t find your name. I said well I don’t know how your system works, I already submitted my enquiry through Domain, i have proof. She finally said there will be an inspection this week- the info that would have been nice if she told me in the beginning, and i might have missed out on because the agent did not communicate with me. Very very unprofessional! This makes me don’t want to rent from them anymore if this is how they communicate with potential clients. And please don’t tell me agents are so busy they cannot get back after 3-4 calls from a client on multiple occasions. Everyone has a life and is busy too!! Very rude customer service

The two main words that come to mind to explain the experience with Jordon is Proactive and Professional. With my long hours of work, I didn’t have the time to coordinate the selling process with the property manager, conveyancer and tenants. Jordon took it upon himself to ask me for their details and then before I knew it, he coordinated the entire process with them without a hiccup. I didn’t ask him to do this, I was just stunned by how proactive he was. Since I was selling the property on behalf of my parents, he also took it upon himself to coordinate the process with them. Every conversation with Jordon whether it be informal or formal, Jordon showed upmost professionalism. A report and breakdown of the latest insights was emailed to me each week. Jordon’s pricing was also excellent and extremely competitive. Jordon is very hungry and extremely eager to make a mark in the industry, that fire is unmatched and it’s the reason why Jordon will become the face of real estate in the Bankstown region.

One of the worse experience agent I have ever dealt with so far. I have made 2 x enquires in the past few months for price guide, they kept using there is no such price guide as the excuse however still calling me every day and emailing to ask if I have any questions about the enquired properties? Do I still interested in this property etc? I guess I have to say, I don't have any question coz you guys seems not seriously to do business. As a potential buyer, how would I decide what to go next step if I don't know what's the price range of the property? The lady who called me today just hang up on me after she said if you don't have any question, then that's it. I was like, really? excuse me? so what's the point to call customers? Was that a call just to meet your daily calls task? It is so unprofessional and unpleasant agent and I definitely wouldn't want to deal with anymore, as a mortgage broker I would also pass my worst experience to all my clients.

I chose the agent based on reviews I read on Ratemyagent but as soon as I signed the agreement I regretted not having in-depth meetings with the fellow. He would not listen to me and while he did make some useful suggestions it became clear he now considered the property to be his own. I had continuous problems with him not listening to my requirements. He overestimated the price I would get for the property (but this seems common in the industry). I was shocked that his reviews did not match his performance and can only suspect some manipulation of the ratings. I tried to be fair in my assessment but I have no hesitation to say: do not use this agent.

I inspected a unit on Hillview Street, Roselands NSW 2196 today and was very disappointed. The images uploaded differ actual conditions and most likely were taken long time ago. For the master bedroom the floor near en-suite entrance was damaged, but wasn't visible in the image (attached). Also image of lounge (attached) makes it look so big with a shiny floor, but actually was avg sized and scratched. Wasted my time. The young male agent also acknowledged that the image was deceptive and he hasn't seen it before. Please replace the image(s) to show the real condition of the unit.

On 28 Nov 2023, This office accept our deposit and signed contract for 38 Cecilia Street, Belmore "saying our offer is the top one" without giving me any receipt (very unprofessional). But, after 2 hours by COB, the agency gazumping another $10000.0 more to sell it to another person, Even though We added another $20000.0 more for $1.55M. Very unethical and gazumping behaviour. Very bad communication "everydone does it". Beware of this agency. Not good for the best interest of the buyer and the vendor. Crazy about playing the game.

At least be professional and call us back and say this is what has happened. Please learn some communication skills.
