There are many good real estate agents around this area, yet Tim is surely the pick of the litter. I will never recommend them. I sold my property through them, and I got worse result with unprofessional behavior from their agent. Even if you see that this agent rating is higher in some places, think again who is rating for them and they ask for rating only from happy clients and not all clients are tech experts. I also got into this trap! I lost more than 70K because of their commission greed. They told us all lies, used unfair tactics to pressurize us by giving us all wrong impressions about the market and our place. The same block villa was sold more than 70K within a week of listing, that too at the same time as when we listed, while he could not sell for months. Stay away from them or don't listen to them when it comes to sale. He will read your behavior and use his director and other team people to build a trap for you. Please see this report (our sold property): UNIT 5/1 Kingfisher Ingleburn and property sold by someone else at same time UNIT 6/3 Kingfisher String Ingleburn It is within same strata block. Please compare yourself which is much better; ours was renovated because he suggested us to do so. We are very unhappy today.

Tim Aaron is the worst and dishonest agent. He is rude, arrogant and manipulative. He would tell you he could get this price to get your listing. When your property is on the market, he will keep asking you to lower the price (not just once but several times) so that he can sell your house quickly and bank his commission. During the sale, he pressured me to lower the price and pushed me to accept a much lower price than what he told me I could get in the first meeting . He did not act in the best interest of a seller. The price he ended up getting for you is much lower than the price he told you at the appraisal. Tim is a liar, dishonest, unethical and untrustworthy. Never use him to sell your house. This is a genuine review. I can post the invoice if anyone requests. For negative reviews, they will say it is a fake review to make an excuse for their lies and awful service.

I am so impressed with and would highly recommend Tim Aaron as an agent, he is highly knowledgeable, professional and great with communication. It was such an easy and upfront process with him when selling our home. We were always well informed and across each stage of the sale. His due diligence and expertise made it a seamless process. Selling a home in such uncertain times we felt we were so well looked after and we trusted that Tim always looked after our best interests. Tim addressed any of our concerns with COVID restrictions and gave invaluable advice that supported us whilst preparing to purchase a property.

Another mention for Tim Aaron. You rude pr**k, speaking down to my mother in front of others at an open house when she's asking you legitimate questions but you've already decided you "don't want to sell her the house" (that apparently your parents own - obvious bias), and that it's a "waste of time" giving her a brochure. Not to mention I called both yourself and Shravan, and sent a text to Shravan yesterday per his request, and neither of you had the professionalism to call back. Obviously the market is hot enough for your high horses at the moment. Disgraceful.

Even though we were not successful in finding our property with these guys, we were very touched by the way Alex was working with us. He is so far on top of our list for the best agent we work with throughout our house hunting of almost 1 year. Alex was always very friendly, responsive, and welcoming. Tim Aaron is a very professional, experienced and successful salesman, plus a nice guy. I've had the pleasure of using his services for two purchases and two sales, all of which I have been happy with.

My pre settlement inspection happened on the settlement date. I found a issue in the bathroom I had only 2-3 hours for negotiation. Which costed me more than 10k to fix the issue. Never trust them
