His new advertisement in Ray& White real-estate says exactly the same when it was first advertised through Place real-estate agency 2020. Now you know the risk its your choice. Also be aware in VIC and NSW 3years ago a bill was passed to protect the buyers from developers who have been doing this. Where both parties need to agree and have option to extend the sunset clause before the contract can be rescinded. Unfortunately in QLD it has yet to follow, due to this bill most developers have moved to their business up here which I also discovered this particular developer also comes also from VIC.
