I employed Ray by paying him a deposit after setting a price per work required..and balance due at completion. I was impressed by the manner in which he addressed my quote, and again by the first few days on site where work was metiulously drawn out on the walls. Where it went wrong was with timing. His guys often arrived on site at unexpected times accesing my site on a Sunday and causing issues with my neighbours grinding on a Sunday morning till midday...what ensued was a rush to get work done before xmas which lead to shoddy workmanship, leaks in newly fitted piping, which I allowed them to repair only once before halting all works. I have identified 2 Leaks to date , one of which will have to get the concrete removed and repaired the other fortunately not closed as yet. His work showed real promise at first and I was highly impressed but alas his failure to communicate effectively with his staff caused issues on site as well as with the existing contractors. Im certain this was a unique incident however it was one i did not take lightly. Im awaiting quotes to get Rays work repaired as we speak...

This was the second time I've made use of the services of Ray and Sons. The first time they were on time and extremely efficient AND informative (with re to aftercare). The second time I contacted them for help at a different property and Mr. Ray himself came to our rescue. And what a joy it is to still get such excellent service in this day and age where we've grown kind of accustom to substandard service. We had a blocked shower drain and he understood exactly What, Why and How and explained the problem and cause to us in detail. Mr. Ray arrived on time after coming from a job on the other side of the city and he and his assistant cleaned the space up after working and made sure the space was left the way they found it and our plumbing problem fixed! My toilet and shower were over flowing due to a problem with the pipe blockage, I couldn’t find any plumbers that could assist immediately, a friend found them online and gave the link to check them out, I was a bit sceptical at first but I saw the good reviews. I called them and Ray told me his partner Gibson would come, after 45mins he came and the problem was bigger than he expected, however he worked really hard to solve the problem, he was really friendly and professional and very knowledgeable about his job. After fixing the problem he cleaned the floor,shower and toilet as they were all dirty due to the over flow. I found that extremely nice and kind of him to do. All in all I was EXTREMELY HAPPY and impressed with the good job he did and highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services.

After going back and forth with multiple plumbers (6!!) for weeks about investigating a supposed leak in my apartment that was unfortunately affecting one of my neighbors, Ray and his team, within 48 hours of calling them, were able to eliminate my apartment as the source of the leak and save us money in the process! They said they were gonna come and they never came. Then again they said they would come and I never saw or heard from them again. In response to the response: I received no apology or explanation, and it wasn't a "delay" as you completely ghosted me. I'm not a sir and maybe you would know that if you had ever communicated with me. To you I am 2 out of 100, to me you are 100% bad customer experience.

Ray and Dorren were very responsive and helped us with the difficult task of removing an un-compliant geyser that was built into the kitchen cabinet as well as installing a new one and providing necessary COC. They quoted for a carpenter to help reinforce a damaged wooden beam in the geyser cabinet, however didn’t actually know one when it came time to fix it. But otherwise the job was done well

These company hires people who are unprofessional. The guy sent to fix our geyser damaged our ceiling and now to fix it is a problem. He has been very disrespectful with us and claims he can't communicate with us cause we a tenants. He can only speak to the owner. How can you communicate with the owner about coming to a place we rent and expect us to be available anytime you come. This is nonsense.

I appointed Ray for installation of Washing machine and dishwasher and I am very impressed with his work. Very neat with his work, very punctual and keeps you updated with the progress of the work because unfortunately I was not at home when he worked as I also worked. He is really eager to do a great job and that's what I got. I would recommend him to anyone without thinking twice.
