Drain Surgeon: Brilliant service!!!!!! Others: Too many, bad and pathetic service! Drain Surgeon: On a Saturday evening, a friendly and helpful lady ANSWERED my call after only 3 rings. Others: I received nothing but automated responses, and none of them, until now, Monday, have responded! Drain Surgeon: Wade, the general manager at the company, COMMUNICATED with me until their plumber, Allistair arrived. Allistair, although alone(I felt sorry for him), worked non-stop on a windy and cold night from the time he arrived until very late. Dedication and good work must be rewarded, that is how morale and high standard is maintained. A sincere thank you to The Drain Surgeon and their employees!

Quickest & most impeccable local service I have ever experienced! One phone call to arrange the callout, within 45 minutes the guys were there and within 10 minutes the issue was sorted. Even if it was a longer turnaround time because an issue was more complex, these guys would be my first choice for any plumbing concerns! Trustworthy & reliable team

Drain Surgeon anywhere else but Cape Town is good, however drain surgeon in Cape Town is so useless, they have been 4 times to my house and never bring tools and the problem still hasn’t been fixed, but I was given a bill? How bloody ridiculous. The owners aren’t managing their staff properly.

I called and messaged the whatsapp help. waited 24hours. tried the call again. No one got back to me. We resolved the issue ourselves, which was horrid. But maybe 1 star is too unkind.

Excellent service. I phoned them at 7.00am for a burst pipe under the tiles. Arrived at 8.00am and before 9.00 it was fixed. Workmanship neat and tidy. Highly recommended. Keep it up.
