My hats off to Tasneem. My wife by mistake forgot her mask at home so I had told her to wait as I was going in to buy my child a book. The cheeky guy at the till rudely said she can't come in even tho she was holding her jacket over her mouth. Tasneem very kindly got one for her as she knew I was a paying customer. If it weren't for her you would have made R435 less today. (not thanks to the rude man who nearly threw her out, I didn't even get his name after that.) Neways, if covid has taught me anything it is how people true colors can shine. It's how we choose to deal with a situation. I chose 5 stars as I am a pessimist. Thanks tasneem.

You're offered assistance as soon as you enter the shop, and staff are friendly and smiling. I found this shop quite big, but one of the employees said it's one of their smallest stores. I have previously ordered books through the Reader's Warehouse that I wasnt able to find at other book stores (and these stores couldn't order it either). They have an incredible range. They are also very, very reasonably priced. The price I paid for my books came to less than even secondhand bookstores that I've shopped at. I highly recommend Reader's Warehouse to be the store that stocks your home library

They have a variety of fictional and non-fictional books in store and those they don’t have, they’ll definitely order them for you. Parking is ample as it is located within a mall. Wheelchair friendly and the place is fairly ‘safe’. The staff is friendly and willing to help. My only issue is their website. If that can be updated and allow me to search the books that are available in store then I probably would have rated them 5 stars.

Wonderful bookstore. The prices are very affordable, particularly compared to many other book stores in SA. There is a huge variety of books. The vibe in the store is a booklover's dream! I highly recommend Readers Warehouse!

Whenever there's a book I want to buy as a gift, this is the bookshop that I choose. If it's not in stock they go online to order it. Sometimes if it's not in their inventory they don't mess you around. Lovely staff as well.

Great selection of books for all  ages and tastes. Most prices are affordable, and they have older titles on sales.so keep a look out for their sale tables. Kids books are good priced to get them into reading affordably.

Great deals on books, they have a wide variety of books for everyone from children books to young adult books. Would definitely recommend this place to book lovers.

Really good range of books, their puzzles are beautiful. They have an old master's section for puzzles that has artists like Van Gogh, Gustav Klimt and Renoir.

Enjoyed the current sale, I would prefer if they didn't stick big sale stickers on the books it's very difficult to remove. Walked out with some good finds !

They do not have a large selection of books for art, graffiti etc. You would have to order it through them. They stock the general popular books more.
