I called into Roundhay reception to set up my account as I wanted to have everything ready for when I arrived, especially as I needed 24/7 access. It can be done online but I prefer to deal in person. I managed to make a mistake with the online process but, as I was in reception it was easily solved by the helpful, and patient, staff member. Very secure but also easy to use facility. Decent parking, plenty of trolleys and good sized goods lifts to the first floor. I have previously delivered goods to this site for various occupiers and it was always a good experience which has been a deciding reason to use this site for my own storage requirements.

Another corporate vulture masquerading as a business entity. Missed payment and within 3 days hit with £17.50 missed payment fee...then letter stating another late payment fee of £15 would be levied in 7 days if full payment not received. Fees levied are palatable but the straw that broke the C's back was the statement that the unit had a lock placed over it to prevent access! For 3 days overdue!!! F'ing cowboys!!! Cancellation notice served and good riddance. My advice would be to stay away and instead invest the same monthly amount and lease a small van and use for storage instead. -100/100

I hired one of the storage units for three months. I dealt with a young lady named Charlotte, who's very bubbly and pleasant. She showed me around the vast storage units, that was very clean, bright, and airy, the company had just invested a lot of money, in energy-efficient lighting . Charlotte went into much detail about the varying sizes and cost, her product knowledge was very good. She gave me a price that I was happy with, and was a lot less cheaper than McCarthys. I will most certainly recommend Ready Steady Store to my friends and family. Colt

Litter Free Leeds and the Friends of Roundhay Park tackled Roseville Road on Saturday afternoon. 11 volunteers filled 39 purple bags of litter in less than 2 hours. The Ready Steady Store were fantastic in allowing us to use their car park and a special thanks to Ursula who provided us with drinks and refreshments when we'd finished. Ursula is keen to join us next time which is great news. Many thanks to the Ready Steady Store for supporting us which was very much appreciated.

Manager and other staff very friendly. Easy to get to and car park large enough for multiple customers with vans packed with sofas etc. Individual service lacked in some ways as was advised we had another room with bigger doors and then we're never told about the sensor lights to then have a snotty customer service man advise he couldn't do anything about the lights turning off in the middle of the night- he didn't know about the sensors either! Overall experience good.

I initially gave it 5* but the reason for changing it to 1* is I’m still awaiting a refund! Evacuated on the 26th of Feb, was told they process refunds on a Tuesday so I was happy to wait a couple of days, still nothing. When I called up I was told any refunds over a £100 needs to go through a senior manager, and I was also told “we don’t hold onto people’s money and issue refunds right away” So where is my money!!?

We have run our business from here for the last two years, very helpful and friendly staff, usually deal with Andrew and Charlotte who always go above and beyond to help you out. Good range of unit sizes available, we have upsized three times already and it's always an easy, hassle free upgrade process. Highly recommended with no hidden costs unlike some other companies I won't mention...

I've used competitors in the past and they have nothing on Ready Steady Store. The staff are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them. The lady that showed me round was so friendly it was like we were already friends. I had an issue with my password and they resolved my issue and called to ensure i could access the website as well! I would recommend them to anyone

Both the manager and the staff are always extremely friendly and very helpful, they also give great advice. This is a great storage company, they are lots of different size rooms and you can even store vehicles or trailers on the site if you wanted to. Would highly recommend this place for all your storage needs

Used for a few months when moving house. Be aware that there are lots of 'extras' that aren't really optional. So you have to pay extra for insurance and was automatically charged for 24 hour access even though I didn't request it. Although they are shut on Sunday unless you have it.

What I love about this place is the 24x7 seven access using customer specific codes. The premises is also easily accessible; it's close to the city center. I have used them twice and never had any issues, except that it's not cheap to rent space :) but what is cheap these days?

A nice medium size storage facility with great, friendly and helpful staff. Nick was my advisor there, he helped me secure a storage room for a decent price. I'm not really a fan of their online check in system but other than that no complaints.

Great and local storage units that I have used from time to time. They have plenty of room and convenient for any size of storage requirements. There is plenty of parking and good security systems that protect your belonging safely and securely

Very quick to set account up and I had access to storage unit the next day. Having 24/7 access has helped me as I could move stuff into storage on a Sunday and late at night around work. The staff are helpful and answer any questions you have.

Good facility, well-secured, but without covered loading area. Insurance charges are extortionate, and rental charges have gone up at a rate unrelated to any recognised financial index.
