I don't normally post reviews but I feel the store room have absolutely deserved a 5 star review. Rachel in the office was extremely helpful and was very upfront about all costs and commitments which was reassuring. The prices were the best I could find when comparing the meerkat.

We have been running our business from The Store Room in Leeds for almost 5 Years, this is the best storage place you can find in Leeds area the Staff Rachel and Andy they are very helpful and supportive which can add value to the Storage. Cant fault the place. Thanks

I would recommend The Store Room to anyone looking for storage in this area. Richard and Rachel provide excellent customer care and this is the reason why I have remained loyal for almost 8 years. As long as they keep this up, I will not be looking to move elsewhere!

I would be sunk without trace without this place. Has reverted to more normal hours of opening after lockdown. Good for storing the "out of season" stuff you will need in a few weeks time. Not heated much above freezing. Has 1 wheelchair accessible toilet.

Genuine customer service using the store room whilst we are moving house. A friendly, helpful reception both on the phone and in person. The room was clean and easy to use. We enquired about opening times and were given really helpful

Storing at this location for over 3 years now. Facility is top notch and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Andy and Rachael are spectacular in customer service and always ensure we as customers are well looked after.

We got the best deal compared to a lot of other places in Leeds and the guys that attended to us are really friendly. They helped us get a man and van that helped with moving as well. In all fantastic customer service!
