Worst service ever from their Agent. Branch Manager just defends her! (Action should be taken against this agent) Written notice was given on 9 Feb for a stove which wasn't working... Finally got an electrician out on evening Thursday 16th Feb. Friday morning phoned by Agent to be home so they can install new one. Yes, expected to drop work and run, after waiting a week already for some action to be taken. Arrangements made for Monday MORNING as per Agent... Well its now 15h30 on Monday afternoon and still no Electrician or stove. Suddenly now electrician has training. I ask you... AGENT makes arrangement... Time taken off work (As per AGENT). What a freaking joke! WORST AGENCY EVER

After multiple emails and phone calls trying to contact the two Mr Hols (junior and senior), and promises of call backs, until today, absolutely nothing!! Unprofessional and bad manners. I will never try to do business with them again.
