I get massages quiet often. Probably averaging once a month. So I’ll do my best to keep this brief- first off we had an appointment for hour and half. I called 5 days in advance to make my reservation. On the day of- I asked if it was possible to do 2 hours- they said they would try. Not possible okay.. cool. I understand it was a bit last minute. 5 pm rolls around and that’s the time of our appointment. And 4 minutes before 5 they call and ask if we can come at 6. We are already there... so we worked with them and agreed to 5:30. No problem. We were still in good spirits. The issue begin once the service actually started. To begin- this was a gift to my best friend. She’s getting married, so we wanted this to be the last hurrah and super relaxing. 1) They had the main phone line in the room and kept getting calls every 10 minutes. I do understand that sometimes people are short staffed.. but in these calls they kept accepting every appointment that requested a service the day of. And they don’t even have enough staff to give my friend and I a proper massage. 2) the door to our room was open... we are two females (doesn’t matter what race) that’s unacceptable. This is my body being exposed to people walking by. And I requested the for be closed because it made me uncomfortable. Before I got my massage- When walking past other doors, without even trying I was able to see other customers body. That’s not okay. So I specifically requested the door be closed. 3) in the middle of our massage they conversed. I’m genuinely not one of those customers that gets bitty gritty, but I really wanted to enjoy a nice quiet massage and I’m paying for a service, and truely believe providers should do their best. 4) in the middle of our massage, a coworker barges in and starts an argument with my masseuse. At this point I’ve had it. 5) Peak of the last straw- in the midst of our massage they told us they cannot comple the 1.5 hours I booked 5 days in advance- this hit home run because in the midst of our massage he accepted an appointment that would overlap my appointment. 6) at this point I wanted to get up and just walk out- they used excessive force when using hot stones and were aggressive towards the end because they wanted to finish. Please note they did not want to offer a discount, no apology- and only made an excuse that they were busy. I came to support the Asian movement and care so this hit pretty hard. I wouldn’t support this business because they didn’t appreciate the customers that came.

Booked a 1-hr couple's massage, $120 and split the hr into: 40 min body and 20 min feet. Full experience, okay, and would much rather give half stars, instead of a full 3. Breakdown-- Irritants: For starters, the Masseuse walked in while undressing and completely disregarded when we said "hold on". We received couples message in same room with two masseuse that talked to each other the entire time! That blew 'relaxation' right out the window. Now, the room was warmer than necessary, but the masseuse attempted to make it more comfortable by requesting the AC to be turned down. The approach to up charge During service is tacky. For ex. The body massage had already begun when the masseuse went on to list out different aromatherapy scents to "choose from", I chose "peppermint", she responded "$10 more". That could've been addressed prior to beginning service don't you think? I read online that they were doing services in the lobby, but didn't believe it. Sure enough, they have massage chairs setup in the lobby for the foot massage . They sat us by the front door for the second part. Body massage: The massage was fine, loosened up tension in the base of my neck and lower back, but digging your elbow into the body is painful and subpar massaging service, and not much of the experience we were expecting. My bf stated, "i thought she was about to dig a hole through me!". Foot massage: Not much else to say, the foot massage service was fine, but could've been more relaxing had there not been car headlights shining in, front door opening,  a couple walking in, and setting up their foot massage adjacent to us. Management, you should reassess operations with this setup. I planned this outing as a gift, and paid/tipped everything in cash at counter checkout. meanwhile, my date felt harassed to tip, separate. unclear why, considering things were taken care of. Concluding: I've visited here pre-pandemic, as a recurring customer, receiving decent, convenient, service, that's why I returned off the strength of what i remembered. Needless to say, I have NO interest in returning.

Called and set a 60 min, head to toe couple massage appointment. Got in, they got us into the room right away which was great. Massage started and it was fine. My masseuse asked me if my pressure was fine which it was, the other one never asked my boyfriend. His wasn’t. He’s a big, athletic man and the pressure wasn’t what he needed. Throughout the massage we were asked several questions to get us to up-charge something. (Oil, extra time, etc.). Towards the end, the masseuse said she was going to get hot stones (which sounded like hot towels). When she came back, she started rubbing stones and we begun questioning what service they were giving us. The head to toe ($40) never mentioned stones. I obliged to it because they had already started. My boyfriend’s masseuse said “yes, head to toe” while mine began saying “full body…it’s better”. I don’t care what’s “better” I asked for a service, that one should be provided instead of what YOU deem as better. We heard them basically force someone in another room to up-charge their service as well even as this person stated SEVERAL times what they wanted. At the end, we got our bill and were charged the full body massage at $60 instead of the head to toe we wanted for $40. After paying our bill with no argument, the man at the counter had the NERVE to tell us we didn’t tip the masseuse . I will never in my life return or suggest this business to anyone.

Me and my sisters booked an appointment here Saturday. When we walked in the door, they placed us in rooms right at the entrance so you can here people walking in and out, talking etc. I was expecting more silence—this wasn’t too bad. There’s dim lighting, it has a nice ambience. We also requested all female masseuse’s but there was 2 women and 1 man. I didn’t mind it, but how can you mess something like that up? Anyway I proceed to get my massage, they got me with their add-on’s, be mindful that the scrubs and oils are an additional cost (they dont tell you this, you have to ask them). The man doing my massage was doing fine—it wasn’t until after I got home that I started experiencing soreness down my spine and around my back area where he massaged.. I’ve never been this soar from a massage EVER. I recommend Spa Sedell—it’s a bit more pricey, but at least you leave there feeling refreshed and not SORE. This was so odd to me. Be wary of this place—if you’re not looking for someplace too spectacular then this is the place for you. I dont believe these masseuses are experienced or licensed or trained the correct way—they just rub on you for 60 mins. Maybe this was my fault, I should’ve had a female masseuse and I wouldn’t be paying for this with pain. I feel really stupid. Just be wary.

Really really disappointed. I went here about 3 years ago, got a couples massage and loved it. I went yesterday for a couples massage and was really disappointed. They charged $10 addl. EACH for a tiny bit of oil used in the massage which they didn't do last time I was there. One masseuse was coughing the entire time. Mine had a lose nail (same apparently with my partner) which repeatedly scratched us throughout the massage. They used their elbows practically the entire time to the point where I was clenching my muscles from pain. I asked her to be softer which helped for a couple minutes then went back to being too rough. She would use her elbow directly on my spine. My partner and I are both bruised today, to the point he had to take painkillers just to try and sleep. I've spent my entire day uncomfortable, with bruising on my back. On top of all of that, the receptionist gave me a nasty look and tapped her "tips recommended" sign when I Zelled the correct amount after adding an additional $20 for the drops of oil they used and didn't say were extra. I added another $10 to avoid any issues but honestly regret going at all. I feel WAY worse today than I did before going. So disappointed and have been in pain all day. For context, I'm only 24 and should not have body aches this bad.

Ok i don’t even know where to begin . I made an appointment for 6:30 to get 30 minute feet 90 minute body . I get there it’s 6:50 still not in a room . 7:00 pm comes and finally I’m in a curtain room. Not the best location for a massage in the very front because it’s so much talking that you hear you can’t even relax. Ok massage is starting . Why is this man so rough. I mean it was almost like he was making up stuff to do that he thought was right. I said at east 10 times softer please. He says ok goes soft then I’m back to getting beat up. It was probably one of the worst massages I’ve ever had and sadly i come here all the time. It was extremely too rough. In the middle of my massage a woman and her son comes out and they are loud in the lobby part , mind you the massage curtain rooms are right there so you literally heard everything. Very disturbing and annoying i wanted to end my massage right then . She didn’t have enough money for the massage because the guy told her $60 and her total was actually 90. They must had a bad day today but this is the worst I’ve ever experienced here and i 100% probably will not be back. Ever .

Me and wife third time here, and the first two times were magical, but tonight I don't know what happened. I called to mk an appointment for a 1hr couples message, and the lady who answered the phone, stated that we should arrive early because they close at 10 p.m. and she doesn't want our service to be rushed. We arrived at 8:30 pm , np...when it was time to render service, two women came in our room, as I look too greet them, one woman abruptly left from the room for 5min.only to have the guy at the desk to message me. They didn't ask whether or not it was okay, that a man massage me, or anything! My body was really calling for an awesome massage, but unfortunately I didn't get that, this time around, It felt rushed, he missed key pressure points. I had to mention to him about massaging a particular area, my body feels the same exact way it did before coming. I wasn't satisfied this time, at all. Upon leaving he insisted on me using cash versus card, because the 3% charge , which would've taken all the cash I had on me, when he realized that he said we couldn't use the card for tip only without the charge.

A freind of mine invited me to join her here for a massage. I must admit I was nervous after reading the reviews. I went with the 30 min feet 60 min full body. I arrived 15 mins early to my appointment and my friend had not arrived yet. They insisted on getting me started early and I insisted that I wait for my friend. They asked more then once which was alittle annoying. Inside the room, the woman at the front desk confirmed what service I was having done which I appreciated. The massage technique was different then my normal swedish massage but effective.I felt it was more functional to get me aligned more then purely just for relaxing reasons. I communicated with Hunter so he knew what was the right amount of pressure for me. No complaints there. Most of the time was spent on the back which I needed. He also asked if there were areas of concern. The feet massage afterwards was relaxing. Afterwards I felt wonderful and would definitely go back. My friend also really enjoyed her service there.

This was the absolute worse experience that I have ever had. We came for a couples massage and couples facial. The facial was trash. It was a ton of products put on our faces one after one then wiped off. The massage was worse. It was as if they were scrubbing our backs with more products instead of an actual massage. I asked that we stop the “alleged massage” right when it started and we were still billed $200 for services that we did not receive. To top it off, there was a BOOT on my BMW parked right in front of the business when we came out. The business did nothing to rectify this either. Complete loss of a day and $275. I do not believe these are licensed practitioners because it was almost like they were just doing anything! Despite my complaints, there was no one willing to fix things. That explains why they have so much last minute availability in comparison to the several other locations we attempted to visit. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED! I will never return.

I’ll start off with something good - my hour long massage started on time and my masseuse seemed nice enough. I’d like to think I left better than I came in But as I was sitting in the lobby waiting for her, I witnessed a patron leaving and being harassed into leaving a tip. When the customer stated that tips are optional depending on the level of service, the older manager rolled her eyes and said a few choice words under her breath…very unprofessional and it made me uncomfortable. That was my first impression…then came my rather rough massage. My masseuse asked me if I wanted oil to use for my massage…. Well isn’t that pretty standard? How else would you rub it in smoothly?!? To my surprise ‘standard’ oil is another $10…. Otherwise they’ll rub your skin off with nothing but rough hands. I’m so over half hearted rude pushy people who are blinded by greed!!!!!

Worst experience. My boyfriend and I went for a 30 min couples massage, but was given a 90 min massage. I told the two masseuse multiple times during the massage that we wanted to stop The massage because we only requested 30 min and they reassured us that we were within our 30 min period (we did not have our phones next to us to check which was our fault) when the massage was over, I noticed that the massage was infact 90 min not 30. And they argued with us at the register along with giggling amongst each other. We paid the 200 but we will not be returning. Aside from this I am really sore after my massage and experienced some pain during the massage (I kept telling the masseuse to go lighter but I am still sore). Would not recommend please go to another massage parlor with licensed masseuse that listen and don’t try and finesse you out of more Money.

If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would! Starting off everything seemed as if it would run smoothly. I was accompanied by my bestfriend we were seated and instructed to keep voice low and noise to a minimum to respect other guest receiving massages which was completely fine. During my massage workers were talking loudly and also obviously conversing about us as well. Once massage was completed we were hounded to pay with cash and also for tip. Upon receiving tip they have the nerve to request more although both woman received 10 dollar tips as a waitress I myself have never seen anything like this. Requesting a tip and then asking for more of a tip is something you absolutely do not do! I will not be returning and will definitely be taking my money else where and I advise others to do so as wel . Tips are given at will NOT MANDATORY!!!!!!!!

Clean place, but service can improve. I was tense prior to my appointment & the service didn't make it any better. I discussed pricing prior to service (combo-1/2 hr body, 1/2 hr feet) but the manager decided to discuss again once I was lying on the massage table & charged me even more . I didn't oblige b/c I was looking for pain relief. To make matters worse, as I was receiving my foot massage, the employees started arguing, being very loud. Lastly, they were very pushy about paying with cash (which I didn't have). I decided to pay with my card (which I felt most comfortable with), but it seemed like the front manager wasn't too happy about that. If you don't want card payments, remove the card machine & change policy to cash only, in advance. Needless to say, I walked out more tensely than when I arrived. ‍♀️

Full body massages I’m rating a 1. Head to toe foot massages I’ll rate a 4. Highly doubt the therapists have ANY training. I’ve learned to ask for “no elbows” because I’m not paying for elbows. I’m paying for a relaxing massage. Even deep tissue should be relaxing. Today there was a yappy dog that barked the entire time I was in the room. It was NOT relaxing at all. I almost ended the massage I’m the middle. The therapist was ALL THUMBS and it hurt. Several times I asked him to go lighter and while he did on the spot that made me flinch he went right back to all thumbs in the next area. When I complained about the dog (nicely - I wasn’t rude at all) I was told “we were here first” and then the grooming place rented the space next door. I told her she needs to talk to her neighbor because she lost my business.

So this place definitely wouldn’t be my first recommendation. giving them one star specifically because they literally will vocally harass you about tips and tip amounts. My partner and I where unaware of the weekend price change so we paid what would’ve been the tip within the full amount as that’s all we had. (We found out that our friends were also yelled at a couple of weeks ago for the unfavorable amount that they tipped.) We shelled out $123 dollars and The lady literally yelled at us at the door in front of everyone and embarrassed publicly about tipping tried to prevent us from walking out of the door as if we hadn't paid at all. Overall the experience was really sort of humiliating and the energy was just weird in there.

My normal place was booked so I wanted to try something new. I get deep tissue massages often and always request a lot/hard pressure, this is the first time that I left a massage in pain and bruised. They used their elbows (not their forearm) to apply "pressure", which is where the pain came from. That left me questioning whether they are actually licensed. My friend and I had multiple visible bruises by the end of the day, and had to use ice to alleviate the pain. I really wanted to like this place because everyone was so nice, their prices are way under market, and they were really easy to book, but a deep tissue massage shouldn't have you hurting a day later. If you do decide to go, just tell them extra light pressure.

I tried this place just a few days ago. It was very clean, and very affordable. I had a couples massage and it was great, I would return . There’s one thing I would like to point out: although the staff was very courteous, you can hear them having conversations amongst them while they are servicing you. When I first walked in, I could also see several staff members sitting around a room on the right side, laughing and talking for an extended period. That bothered me a little as my purpose was to relax merely, and I didn't think that the staff behaved professionally in that aspect. But again, the place is beautiful, clean, and in a lovely area. I will give them one more try.

Horrible experience- Valentine's Day was a money grab. They placed massage tables in the lobby area and charged a $ 10 upcharge if you wanted a room, which was not stated until you arrived for the appointment. My massage was in the lobby area with customers coming in and talking and staff answering the phone. It was not a relaxing and comfortable massage experience, it was actually stressful with the noises and constant disruptions, very disappointing visit. I even cut my time short from 2 hr package to 1 hr. I WAS a regular customer but after being treated that way, I will never return. If a rating of less than 1 was possible I would give them a zero

Read the Becca Hopper review. I had a very similar experience. For me it was the coughing and aggressive sniffing throughout. I went for a couples massage and the two masseuses talked and giggled throughout. My person was wearing gloves which I thought was odd but the icing on the cake for me was being pressured into tipping more than necessary. No one asked how was our massage was and if they did I would have told them the above. Instead I was given a dirty look when handing over the cash tip. Also keep an eye on the time. We went for a 1 hour massage and we were in and out of the actual building in 58 minutes.

Like many people who have shared their reviews, I do feel the same way! It’s just weird! My boyfriend and I had a couple massage and we are sooo sore and it’s now the next day, we have been hurting since we walked out. The pressure was too much!!!! When finished and putting our clothes back on and getting ready to walk out the room. the masseuse was standing outside our door as if he was waiting for something. Reading the reviews it now makes sense. He was waiting for a tip. We paid cash and tipped afterwards, but she made it very clear tip is not included in the price. Which is fine.

I went into Rebalance for a relaxing head to toe massage for $40. It was great! The lady was attentive and used up the time efficiently. I do wish she used a bit more pressure but I never said anything which is my bad. It was too relaxing so I just let it be. The people are very kind as well. I asked the man at the front desk about mooncakes since is was right after Mid-Autumn Festival (Chinese Holiday) and he gave me one right there to enjoy. Also I never was asked about tip or up charged like previous reviews stated. Very welcoming! Thank you! I enjoyed the mooncake a lot.

Such an amazing experience at rebalance spa this morning! I'd never been here before so I got there a little early to find parking and they got me in ahead of my appointment time. The massage therapist who worked on my back was amazing and was able to get all of the knots and tension out of my upper back. My back was a mess so this was really impressive. She found all the issues without me even having to say anything- I feel like a new human! 10/10 will definitely be going back, extremely happy with this experience. :)

We made a couple's appt., arrived on time, and was asked to wait 20 mins. once we were taken to our room. The lady kept stopping to answer the phone and to cash other people out at the register. Not only that, she and the other masseuse kept whispering during the massage. Once our hour was up we were told it was cash only and had to be charged an ATM fee in order to pay. That should've been mentioned up front. The massage itself was very relaxing, not gonna lie, but the customer service could've been better.

It was our first experience the parking was very limited but hey at least it is free. $120 for couples 60 mins. for full body. It was very much needed but as the previous guy statesd that lady was sort of killing my upper right and my wife's mid-upper back near the shoulder blade. My forehead started to hurt after 25-30 mins after resting on that headrest Overall, it was splendid especially the hot stones. Unfortunately it was short like 2 mins. It makes a major difference on your body. We would come back.

It was a basic massage, i expected more with the reviews but nothing spectacular. I will say they move fast or maybe it was the time that flew by. I only did a massage. It was our girls weekend and my family wanted facials, they were pretty basic to something i could of did at home. My cousin said they reused the same hot stones on my sister they used on her which is not sanitary. My other cousin didnt receive any hot stones like i did which is weird. So overall we will choose another spa for next time.

I was seen 20 minutes after my scheduled appt and after someone who arrived after me was seen. There was no accommodation or apology for this. I gave the benefit of the doubt as mistakes happen but my massage was quite the let down. The masseuse had the sniffles and I spent my time being anxious of contamination. The massage itself seemed rushed and it was clear the masseuse was not feeling well. Ive been there previously and had a much better experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Never in my life have I been bullied into leaving a larger tip for someone. When I also asked for a copy of my receipt they made it a difficult task. My experience was mediocre, I wanted a combo full body massage and every step of the way they tried to up sell me. I asked for medium pressure and it was hard pressure the entire time. Towards the end of my session it sounded like someone moaning in the next room to me. I will never come back here and am very disappointed in my experience here.

My husband went here for a couples massage. It was excellent: full body (just the back side) and very relaxing. The massage had awesome technique and the environment was very pleasant. I've seen some negative reviews for the place. Those seem unfair. The price point is very reasonable ($120 for 60 min. for a couple), so it wasn't surprising that the business used curtain walls, etc. Overall, super experience. My husband and I have decided that we will be coming here 1x/quarter for some TLC.

I have been going here for years, but as of lately they seem to have an issue with keeping patrons quiet when they arrive and when waiting for service. They could easily put up a sign that says "Quiet ,Please be respectful of other patrons". It is no longer relaxing, especially in the front. I have been to others that regulate noise on the outside and they don't have an issue of asking individuals to quiet down as not to disturb the peace. I will think twice before returning.

Me and my husband are visiting to Atlanta for a week and one of our friend suggest us for this Spa. We were there and the staff was excellent and they welcome us they explain everything so nice n coordinate with very well. We did Full Body Massage and Facial it was so amazing we were so relaxed. Whenever we ll go back to Atlanta we ll definitely go back to this Spa. I would highly recommend to everyone to go and do there full body massage and facial. Best Spa Ever

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I should have listened to the reviews. This place is a SCAM! Okay they WILL hound you for a tip. They will charge you more than the sign. The sign said $60 for an hour I was charged $62 then they said they validate parking. The guy have me 3 bucks cash, the parking was 6.50. And the massage is NOT good. Please avoid this place. It’s a scam. Seriously I tried to keep an open mind. But the more I thought about how bad it was the more upset I got

My boyfriend and I just got a couples massage! We did the 1hr for $120 and wow I feel like a new lady! It was his first massage, and he was also a big fan. Our massagers were very attentive and made sure the pressure was okay throughout the session. Also the hot stone at the end was a pleasant surprise! We will definitely be back :) You can park on the street for free or pay to park in the parking garage around the corner. A little piece of heaven in the city.

I went here yesterday and did the couples full body massages. I let the masseuse know several times that the pressure was too hard. She would let up for a moment and continue with the same pressure. After the massage I was in more pain than when I arrived, with my back now covered in bruises. It's day two and it's much of the same. For the price, I would hope for better communication and adjustments. I wish I didn't book the session yesterday.

This was a great experience for my boyfriend and I, the only thing they tainted the experience is whilst we were paying before the transaction, the attendant at the counter was like “are you doing to leave a tip for the masseuse?” First of all yes I will, and second of all - how tacky of them to ask - and I wonder do they accost every customer to tip or was it just us because we are black.. ? Who knows? But I do know I will not be back!

Very welcoming upon arrival. I got a combo massage 30 min foot and hour body. I love that price is fair. I had a room to myself. The foot massage is always a must because it definitely help relaxes the whole body. I got hard pressure for the body massage and it was so good I fell asleep. My masseuse was so nice he made sure the pressure wasn’t to much. If you do heavy lifting at the gym this is good place to work out the kinks.

A very low-key budget friendly spot. Any time I call they've always had availability - so convenient. It's a perfect place for a last minute full body chair massage - and they even use hot stones. However the full body (lay down) massage which is in an enclosed room can be hit or miss - remember that you get what you pay for. Unbeatable price for Atlanta. Pay cash and tip well so they can stay in business !

Excellent quality massages at a reasonable price. The employees here are true "massage therapists" - they aren't just giving you a back rub. They will hunt down every last knot and misaligned muscle and work it until you feel good as new. The ambiance is great, and every time I leave I'm floating on a cloud of endorphins. I don't think you can find better value - and quality - for your money in Atlanta!

Their head to toe massage is absolutely amazing and very affordable. Starts off with a nice shoulder and neck rub before the foot massage. The heated stones and back massage are an added bonus. If you're looking for relaxation and not wanting to spend a lot of money get the $40 head to toe! I usually tip $10-15 bucks, still very affordable. They do get busy, I recommend making an appointment.

Staff is ok. Foot massage was life but the body massage was damn near similar to being beat up. Don't know if it was deep tissue or what but JESUS, it was uncomfortable. I thought grunting would at least let bruh know I needed him to let up a little. Overall it was ok, just didn't like how the front desk man tried to make me tip them $10 for doing their job ..., they beat me up, y'all owe me.

My fiancee and I came here for a couple's massage for $120, we were ensured it would be a full body massage and it was not. They spent 45 minutes on our back. The massage ended 10 minutes before our full hour was up. The massage therapists were laughing and talking the entire time. We could hear other people receiving their massages. Overall, not an enjoyable experience. Would not recommend.

This place is fantastic! Every time I feel overwhelmingly stressed out from work I go here and leave feeling like a whole new person- very relaxed! It's amazing the technique they use for deep tissue massage. They're very professional and make sure you're doing alright. They don't try to chat with you in the middle of the massage which is great because people go here to relax not to chat!

I went to this place yesterday… I feel worse than I did before! The masseuse has no sense of massaging techniques, I literally couldn’t sleep last night due to the pain on my spine after going here! The only recommendation I can give for this place is DO NOT GO! They also try to upcharge you any time they can, and not to mention that they bully you into tipping! An absolute SCAM!

Lastly the service: I had a full body 60 min massage and i’ll just say that my masseuse tore me down and built me back up and I feel amazing! i had knots I didn’t know I had. needless to say, i immediately made another appt. Received a full body massage with hot stones and a facial for two. It came up to $200 I believe. It was well worth it. The lady’s were amazing. I believe one of them had bring your kid to work day. The mom was looking so apologetic. I thought the kid brought a little life to the place. Wasn’t a bother was offered water after would rate it 6 stars if I could!

This was a fantastic experience! My husband and I are used to getting massages in our home town of Dublin, GA. However, this was an experience we feel everyone should experience. It was different but in a great way! They were very professional and very skilled at their profession! I would definitely drive to Atalanta just to visit then again! 5 thumbs up!

This was the most horrible massage I’ve ever had! They don’t do a full hour , they talk over your head, you can hear others massages super noisey! They spent almost the WHOLE HOUR ON MY BACK AND DID NOT WANT TO DISCOUNT MY FIANCÉ AND I ! $5 measly dollars I them $100 even the massage we wanted was $160 ILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN SCAM ALERT!!!!!!

Nice setting & good massage. Went in for a couples massage and the lady who did my boyfriend was a bit too aggressive. I assume they were the only two in the place because they answered phone calls in the middle of our session. i also got chased for a tip which i gave but still not favorable behavior. However the massage itself was soothing

Omg!!! What an amazing 1 hour. This was the best massage I have ever had by far. I was so pleased with the service. I ordered a couple Massage and both of us walked out more than satisfied. Massage envy does not come close to this place. The only thing is that I had to pay for parking in the deck. They have free street parking if available.

Just got the 60min full body massage for $70. It was a little weird walking in cause it was pretty dark. I was a little sceptical at first. My masseuse's English wasn't great, so she didn't really talk much, but she was friendly and the massage was amazing. And for the price I know that I'll keep going back. And I love that it's open late.

I got a standard massage here and really enjoyed. I’m a stockier guy and the masseuse was able to put ample pressure in getting out the kinks while not making it painful. It’s a great cost for a 60 minute massage and not you don’t have to do any oils/salts if they ask since it adds $20 to the bill. Looking forward to going back

The place is nice, the people are nice but the massage left me in pain! I came in for a couples massage. I could hear the guy ask my partner if the pressure was ok, my lady never asked me. Needless to say, it was too much pressure and when I let her know, she changed for a minute but went right back to the original pressure.

This is a cute spot for a date and have a relaxing time. I came for a couples massage and overall it was a nice experience. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because they were a little to rough even though we asked for medium massages it felt like we got firm/hard. Willing to give them another try though

Thin walls. You can hear everything going on…people talking, coughing, toilet flushing, etc. The masseuse fell asleep multiple times while giving my massage. I used to love going here but stopped because of the noise. Decided to go back because they told me they had put insulation in the walls. Not true. Will not go back.

Ive gone here over twenty times and I’ve always had an excellent experience. The therapists are all really well trained and really good at finding your sore spots. If you get a full body massage, you’re going to want at least 90 minutes so they can properly work through your muscles. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

Me and my wife Used to be a regular at this place. We stopped because we moved to New Jersey. Best bang for the buck, they are a clean establishment, if you tell them your level of comfort, they adjust accordingly and do a damn good job. Me and my wife went every weekend for a 90 minute massage the best thing ever.

Had a one hours couples massage. I love that, when asked to use strong pressure, they take that request seriously. Left feeling so relaxed I was ready for a nap. Prices are really decent, especially considering they're located in a higher priced part of the city. Staff is very pleasant. We we'll be back.

My hubby and I are so in love with this place! We come here as often as possible. The atmosphere stays relaxed and allows you to really enjoy the massage. And a massage text are amazing! They really make sure they cover all the areas that you need them to, and in the way that you need them to.

We received the 30/30 mins. I do recommend that they put more staff aboard to accommodate men & women who wants a harder massage. The massage was very soft therefore.. pointless. At the end the gentleman was forcing the issue of leaving a tip & when one was given he pressed to give more.

Really bad. The masseuse answered the phone twice while still doing my massage! With one hand while having a conversation!! It was very strange and not relaxing. She also was sniffling the entire time, and about 4 days later now I have the sniffles. I would never recommend this place.

I go here to get foot massages. They give the best foot massages and the hours of operations are so convenient like myself whose so busy running around and can't make it to the spa before it closes. Very affordable and the customer service is top of the line.

Great place for massages but if you don’t tip enough based on their preference they will hand the receipt back and start harassing you - I’ve been going here for a while now and this was the first time I was hounded for a tip. Will not be returning any more.

I just leave the SPA. The massage technique is very good. The soft and comfortable palms of the masseur make me and my husband very satisfied with the service attitude here. The environment here is very clean and warm. My husband and I will come back again

It would’ve been cooler if the lady knew how to massage a better not just rub and push down no you have to grip and use fingers too . I shouldn’t give a step by step on what to do. Plus they lied and said parking in the garage was free. I had to pay $7

My husband and I scheduled our appointment in advance for a couples massage. When we arrived, we had a welcoming greeting, temperature check and taken back instantly. The ladies did an amazing job! We will definitely return on a future trip!

Stop bullying people into tipping more, just charge more up-front if you don't get enough tip. Owner or front desk lady needs to calm down. She's freaking out all the time. Change your attitude and I'll change my review. Good massage though.

Outstanding massage! Same day appointment. Had a 30 minute foot massage which was absolutely wonderful, then a 90 minute full body, deep tissue massage which was fantastic as well. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!

Perfect couples massage with Eva and Mary. This place is a hidden gem and these guys are special. Parking is difficult in the neighborhood so plan to arrive early if you want to find street parking, or use the garage by MF sushi.

They were a little rough and my husband didn't really enjoy his massage. They literally demanded a tip and when we left $25 they acted as if that wasn't enough. We already paid $220 for the service.
