My gearshift broke and I took it to a well-known bicycle shop, but was informed that it could not be repaired and that they would have to order me a replacement gear-shift. It is nearly 2 months later and I have not heard from them yet. My 13 year-old son suggested we visit Recycles and not only did they have a replacement gear-shift available, but had it fitted and within 3 days I had my bicycle back. It actually feels like a new bicycle. You guys rock!!!! Thank you so much!

Bought an ebike through Bike hub from Recycles. I am based in Durban. Troy patiently answered all my many questions. Was more than honest about the bike. A rarity in this day and age. Parted with the purchase price and a few days later ebike arrived at my door, proffessionally packed and in better condition than described. Realy happy with the service received.

I needed a shorter stem for my road bike so I brought it in after hearing about Recycles from a friend who always takes his bike there. Ok so he rides a mountain bike and turns out that's Recycles' main focus, but kudos to them for helping me anyway and checking that everything fits properly.

I've never had a bad experience with Recycles. Always extremely helpful and competent technical staff. Genuine people willing to give advice in your best interest, not theirs. For this reason they are my go-to LBS.
