They were kind enough to tow me form where I broke down to their workshop, but after 2 weeks and R3000 of labour incl. replacing my working fuel pump because they thought it 'might be the problem' I was told to come and tow my vehicle away as they could not figure out the problem. I did so and was able able to repair the car at home after merely three days of diagnostics (by replacing a faulty R300.00 ignition module, which when questioned Red Circle Motors claim to have checked). They get one extra star for offering to remove the new fuel pump and refund me for it - which I have not taken them up on as I live 2 hours away from them. Seems like not a very good mechanic to me

They repaired a clutch and did not do the job correctly, we had to redo the release bearing and the clutch all over again, with another repair company only after a few months! So we contacted them and after attempting to resolve this faulty workmanship problem the owner quickly became very abusive and aggressive. No one is perfect, but when it come to good customer relations and looking after a customer, they are in the dark ages. Find another repair shop is my advice.

A colleague at work recommended Red Circle Motors about 2-3 years ago after I voiced my dissatisfaction with other Retreat mechanics. We have never looked back. A small business with three excellent mechanics and wonderful service from Jenny, who always rings with prices for approval before anyone goes ahead with anything. Had a mechanical repair done and the work carried out was excellent. However I got a shock at the price for the major service which was exactly in fact more than the price of the agent. They need to work on pricing to gain a fifth star. The place overall is very neat and clean

They find and fix problems at reasonable cost. Most recently a starting problem due to corrosion around the timing marks on my daughter's car and before that curing a longstanding front wheel vibration on my car. As well as affordable services.
