Seriously disappointed! 8 visits- only 3 were good. Pour gravy on everything so if u ask for it separately they charge an extra $1. One order was stuffed up and when i got all the way home and rang, staff member was not even apologetic and the saga just to have them replaced on my next visit! Clearly, I wouldnt order something I know my dad hates!!! Finally, my last visit recently I ordered $14 medium roast dinner for my elderly father who is a very small eater. Usually gets him 2 feeds. This time however, there was barely a teaspoon of peas, and you never make up extra if selecting 3 veggies when u can have up to 4. Wasnt even enough for him. Food initially nice but poor effort of late. Not sure if all stores have declined or just this one! Will reserve my judgement and compare it to another store, as your food use to be worth the value. Now, that's it. Done!

My pregnant fiancé specifically ordered a certain meal tonight. Drove back home and the whole order was wrong. Called up and stated this as to her response over the phone “come in and we can swap it over” …. as you should because it was your error. When I got there I asked if there was compensation for the inconvenience. The girl responded “I’m swapping the meal for you that’s the best I can do” as a store manager of a retail shop myself I know that i would go above and beyond for my customers if there was a error and it was my fault. Terrible customer service and received no sympathy. Not even the option to keep the wrong meal. Apparently swapping the meal over to the right one is compensation for the inconvenience.

I give my rating a 4 out of 5 only and that's due to ongoing disappointment with mainly the meat because we ALWAYS ask for the beef to be sliced thinly (or its like boot soles) and it's isn't always done. Veggies are great and the carrots and peas are just the frozen type so you're better off asking for a different veggie. The cauliflower with sauce is always my fave part of the meal and the gravy is always good. We rely on takeaway food 3 nights a week and Reddy Roast, great quality, still trumps other all fast food/takeaway meals so we'll be back. It's the closest you'll get to a proper home cooked meal but I recommend phoning your orders thru as it can be a 15 min plus wait if ordered when there.

The staff are amazing from the minute you walk in and are always friendly and accommodating of my fussy needs, the food leaves you craving more every time. We highly recommend Ready roast Cranbourne. If you turn up close to closing, you might not get what you want but won’t be disappointed with what you get. Well done to all the staff, it’s nice to be served by people who seem to enjoy their job and are eager to please.

Great Family owned small business which have always delivered delicious traditional roast dinners. They know how to cook Roasts to perfection. I first visited the store 15 years ago and fell in love. The business has been around for a long time. When I drive past I always try to pop in as theyve always been very friendly and accommodating with brilliant service and mouth watering food! You can't go wrong with Reddy Roast.

Not happy that with most people adhering to mask wearing, etc., etc., when walking into a retail business, I must say that I am not happy ordering from this establishment and whilst being told to wait outside for my order to be prepared, people were walking in without masks, checking in, etc. One woman actually lifted her shirt to her face but let it down when talking and ordering food, etc. Furthermore, one staff member had long hair past his shoulders and did not have his hair tied back and was preparing food orders. The store looked old and run down. We will definitely not be returning here.

Been coming here for 15 years and also ordering catering for work events. The new owners are weighing the meat on the sandwiches which being a fan of roast sandwiches is always the start of the end for a good roast shop. Chips are now being cooked and left in the bay maree so are not so fresh. I actually got a heel for my pork sandwich and the bread tasted stale, crackling was a soggy mess which is so out of character for this place, will give it one more go but not holding out any hope!

These guys are fantastic - We ordered 22 X individual roast dinners and each one was hot, tasty and generously portioned. They even waited for us to arrive for pickup before adding the gravy to ensure everything was as fresh as could be. Thank you Reddy Roast Cranbourne, we will certainly be ordering from you again!

Not so READY roast Christmas service! Pre purchased a $400 lunch with a allocated pickup time slot and had to wait 2hrs and potentially another 10 minutes if we wanted some carrots we paid for.. UNORGANISED, not good enough and a warning to others to stay away on Christmas Day unless you want to ruin it in line for a pre purchased lunch.. Hygiene is also questionable, one staff member in particular with long hair that needs to tie it up.

Terrible experience ans was left very disappointed. Paid for crackle and got a tiny peice of unedible floppy "crackle" and the meat inside the roll did not even seem cooked completely. Was a total was of money unfortunatly. Used to come here a lot and only had great things to say. But wont be returning.

They call it a RSP. I call it a container of potatoes. They measure out on a scale how much meat to give you. Because you know it wouldn't be any good for them to give you extra for nothing. They only had 2 meats available during peak times instead of the advertised range. Not good enough. The potato my container was full of tasted terrible. Barely any meat at all. Anyone would think this is a vegan dish. Never again.

First time ordering food here. We ordered through menulog and our order was delivered 30 minutes earlier than expected. The lamb was delicious! But the salads needed more flavouring and were small servings. The chips would have been nicer and crunchier if the gravy was put in a separate container not on the chips. (For purposes of delivery to avoid the chips going soggy) overall not to bad but wouldn't rush back.

Been here 3 times in recent months. I was looking for a new place since the one at Cranbourne home-maker centre closed. The food on all 3 occasions has been delicious. Sometimes with roast places you get a heap of fat with a bit of meat, but this place has been great so far. The gravy is beautiful too. The lady working in there is very friendly and I've chatted with her on each occasion. Will definitely be back.

This place for us has been hit or miss, some times it is so good and other times its hard to get through. The way they do the chips now are really bad, taste old and they look even older. They way they used to do them was so good and kept us coming back. The meat has almost always been great but again of late not so good. We are reluctant to order from here now.

Disappointed!! We ordered a chicken roll & got beef coz they had no chicken.. First of all my wife's allergic to red meat hence why we ordered chicken..u dn't just change someones order without asking first.. We have been coming here for quiet some time. Service, prices and food is usually great. However lately the chips have been over cooked, dry, dark brown and crunchy. Well that's 2 bad experiences in a row at this store. When a person buys a pork roast. The main thing they want is a decent piece of crackling. I have made sure to ask for this. This time the single piece given was smaller than the plastic fork head. Last time it wasn't even crackling just soggy pig skin. microwaved potatos

We order to large meals and upon getting home notice how poor they were. We asked for crackle and which we didn't received and we only asked for two potato's, half of the meals were potatos and in one serve only 3 small pieces of meat

Used Reddy Roast for the first time as a Uber delivery Ordered roast lamb with mixed vegetables and gravy. The meal was excellent , cooked to perfection and taste great . Arrived well before time promised and seemed as hot as it would have just come out of the oven. Highly recommend.

The new owner Korie is awesome. He’s super friendly and very helpful. The food is always super delicious and fresh. Would highly recommend for a quick yummy meal or for any catering needs. I’ll definitely be using him for my next catering or for a sneaky chicken, chips and gravy roll

Great food I came with mum after Her work finished because I was sick all day and when I got a good roast pork in my gob it was amazing crackle was perfect and the people there are so so nice loved my experience and I’m definitely going to keep getting mum to go there
