I have now had 2 opportunities to order flowers from Regal Flowers, and I have found their flowers to be delightfully gorgeous and fresh, and quality - top notch. Ordering from the U.S., I wasn't sure what to expect until my loved ones who received them commented delightfully and sent me pictures. They exceedes my expectation, as the flowers wwre exactly what they looked like in their online brochure. I was even more impressed as they provided me exceptional customer service when I called and texted on WhatsApp, prior to placimg my orders - unlike thr first flower company I used in March, whose flowers were scsnty and were unwilling to engage with their customer via phone conversation. I really wish I could rate you guys higher than a 5 star. For someone living abroad, I was quite sceptical before my first purchase back in 2018. However, the service I received blew my mind and I’ve remained a loyal customer since then. I was impressed by the service. I needed fresh flowers to go along with chocolates and a bottle of wine to be delivered same day. Everything was beautifully packaged and delivered on the day. The response time on whatsapp was prompt as well, i delays with polite individuals and I highly recommend. I had all this delivered while sitting in another country, very convenient.

Sadly, as all men will know lol. I needed to make amends quick and thoughtful. I called a couple flower shops around, Regal was the only one to guarantee me quality and deliver within 2hrs (I know, but that’s how urgent it was ). Needless to say, the ordering process, customer service, flowers and personal delivery was first class. Thanks for fixing my day.

Quite pricey stuff as you would expect florist on the island. Quality is standard too but could be improved if they want to be the best. Staff is very helpful and friendly and they have a wide range of products, not just flowers. Easily located. Yet to get my order delivered at the time of writing this review so I'd probably update this after
