I wish I could give zero stars, very unprofessional conduct and no remorse , very horrible customer service . I Received someone else’s valentine gift and mine got delivered somewhere else and I was told there was nothing they could do instead the owner sent me a text of what was in my card to read. Really !! I asked her so what happens next she said nothin because her driver had gone home . Bear in mind this Gift was delivered one day late , was also delivered at 7 pm the next day and also was someone else gift and the list goes on . I would highly not recommend and I don’t really like to give bad reviews but this was just awful . Zero accountability !!

This is my go-to flower shop for everything fresh flowers, I am so amazed by their floral collection but the reason that keeps me going back over and over again is their customer service. The staffs are respectful, cordial, know the job and only deliver on time.
