This afternoon we stop by this location because it was closer to where we were and I tell you the teller was just rude. Why on earth would you throw someone's card back to them. It's time that this person take 5 or how about just work from home where you can not be in the public eye. Enough already with horrible customer service.

I just sat in this region's bank lobby for 17 minutes no one ever address me. Horrible! Scratch my own name off the board, walk away, let's me how service will be.
Rude employees. Very ghetto and unprofessional. Always a very long wait. These employees need better training! The worst branch in the city!
