I came into this location to buy an outfit for a wedding and I needed help. I came to this specific location because I always get great service. I was never greeted. I was never asked if I needed anything or how I was doing. With the 4 staff working you would think someone would say something. I picked a couple things I liked and found someone to let me into the change room. No one check on me. I was in and out of the change room 2 times. I was in the store for atleast 30 minutes. For the staff, putting clothing back where they belonged was more important. The wedding was that day, I definitely needed to buy something. Having worked for reitmans for a couple years, I know this is not how we are trained. I will no longer be driving from river heights to visit this store. *** Thankfully your staff at my local Additionelle were able to find me an outfit.

Went to buy some jeans to replace the reitmans jeans that were getting worn out . Absolutely gutted and embarrassed by the sales Person who immediately commented on the size of my thighs . I could not get out there fast enough !!! I have been shopping there for many many years . A tearful drive home. Her comments could have come kinder .

Ok clothes at ok prices. The quality of clothes ranges from quite good to poor so usually try to buy on sale. The customer service at this particular location often leaves a lot to be desired and it gets worse if you don't give your contact info for their system!

There's a bulk barn store on this strip and my recent purchases smelled of strong spices. I live rural and didn't notice till I got home

Manager and assistant manager where super helpful and patient while my kids where running around being crazy

My wife likes this store. It seemed organized and tidy.

This location will hold a place in my heart forever.
