If you smoke cigarettes it's a place to go to get your cigarettes which I am trying to stop smoking so I probably will be not going there again but the people that run the place are really nice... they offer a lot more than cigarettes there... I had never been to the other section of the store well I went the other day and looked around and I wasn't surprised at what I saw... I am just reviewing this place and showing you the products available which doesn't mean I endorse them in any way... shape or form.. ..

I bought an e cigarette battery and was able to use it for only 2 days before it broke. When i returned to the store and explained my problem., the guy behind the counter told me that its my problem and nothing is warranted. He also told me that he has tried helping me before with it. However the guy that helped me when i bought it was young and this guy was old. So now im out 20 dollars and the proud owner of a carbon fiber paper weight.

I bought an E cigarette battery here last week, I only had it for three days and then it wouldn't charge for some reason. I went over there the other day and explained the situation to the man working the register, and he said listen lady no refunds you get what you get!! Well I am never going back here again. They are very rude and their products don't even work. That was just a huge waist of time and money.

HORRIBLE I WENT AND MADE A PURCHASE THEY NEVER SAID NO REFUND I WAS ONLY ASKING FOR HELP ON SOMETHING I ALREADY PURCHASED, WHEN HE STARTED BEING RUDE TELLING ME OH WELL THERE IS NOTHING HE COULD DO GO SOMEWHEEE ELSE. I ASKED FOR MANAGER NUMBER AND HE HUNG UP!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULDNT RECOMMENCED TO ANYONE. UNLESS THEY GET NEE EMPLOYEES & I STILL WANT TO TALK TO A MANAGER

The owner is very rude and racist. My friends and I went in the store to check it out and when we walked in the owner asked my black friend for his id. When I confronted the owner about only wanting to see the black guys id he said it was because I, and my other white friend both looked 21. We all look the same age... I was extremely dissatisfied and I will not return to this store.

My trip to Relax went swimmingly! The nice young lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable. She had good input on e-juice, local glass and hardware. Also, they are open before any other shop in town. Plenty of vape equipment and an arrangement of glass that covers all needs. I'm glad I found these guys. You should check em' out.

The staff took the time to find what my friend wanted, answered all of her questions, then put the merchandise together so she could try it out. They live up to their name, the atmosphere is completely relaxed. They also told her if she had any concerns, she could call or come up there so they could help her out.

Great little shop. I've been to this shop three times now and have had a great experience every time. The staff is wonderful. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and we always have great conversations. Best smoke shop in KC hands down. Best pricing as well. I won't go anywhere else!!

Guy behind the counter was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful when I came into their shop. Decent selection but supply issues left variety hard to come by. I will say this, family owned and operated that listen to customers, I know where I plan to shop at from now on

Customer service is excellent. The employees are really nice and the prices are cheaper than what I've seen in other places. Bought a smok alien 220 vape for a really good price. Wanted a blue one but they had a black one which was not a big deal. Will go there again

There are many tobacco shops near my home, but few that have many tobacco shop products. Relax Smoke Shop does, and they’re relaxed and easy to deal with. As long as they are still open and nearby, I won’t be finding out if there are any other worth going to.

Truly relaxed and spacious with a wide selection. The dugout inspired All-In-One-Toss made by "GpII" is RAD!!!!!!! NEVER HAVE I seen anything like it. A locally handmade and classy pipe with a stash you'll just have to see for yourself to believe!

This is very nice store and the staff are always helpful.I like coming here because of their selection of disposable vapes. they also have grocery items that I need which is convenient. Thank you for always helping me find a good vape.

I've been frequenting this store for over 7 and 1/2 years and they treat me with respect and friendliness. They almost feel like family now. Always have what I need and go above and beyond to provide great service.

Love this place. Only passed it once when looking for it lol. Inside is neat and clean the gentleman behind the counter was kind and worked with our budget and our array of questions. We will definitely be back.

The people in this shop will hook you up with better prices if you bring them more business. Pretty decent prices considering how high things are in the area. Friendly staff too
