I was visiting a family member in San Antonio and received a call from my local agent in the Oakhill office stating I forgot to pay my insurance payment. She directed me to the local agent in San Antonio which was the office on Bandera Rd. As soon as I walked in I believe her name was Yolanda was with a customer and promptly greeted me walking in. She was dress really nice and her office was really organized. As soon as it was my turn she greeted me again asking me how my day was. She was able to reinstate my policy as well as waved the reinstatement fee as a one time courtesy because I had been with the company for so long. Definitely the best customer service I've ever had. I recommend anyone to go to Amco auto insurance because they truly care about their customers.

Excellent customer service and competitive rates. Samantha took great care of me and really went above and beyond to try to find me the lowest rate possible. She appeared to be quite knowledgeable about the whole insurance process and specifically able to match me up with the best insurance company & policy to fit my individual needs. She really made me feel like I was her only customer....EVER, and not just another policy # in an endless sea of policy #'s! Thank a million, Samantha! Keep up the good work!

the worst Insurance in the world they don't answer they have no service they have nothing I want to make my payment I have cash money but everytime I go to the office they close I try to go to the different one they close and they don't answer the phone
