Did click and collect. Website said both items were in stock. They refund only 1 item, no explainer. I wouldn't bother driving all the way for the second tiny item worth a couple dollars... absolutely useless system. Either call me or refund it all. Fix your website stocking system.

Been using this store for 5 yrs now. Found them Highly professional, flexible, they sometimes go out of their comfort zone to help you out, especial mention to Georgia and Mitchell. Will keep doing business with them and will even recommend. Proud to be part of their clients.

I suppose I could complain about the service,.. but there was none, chick behind the counter was far to busy chatting on the phone and showed absolutely no interest in helping, so we left and went elsewhere. Just how this place does any business is beyond me.

I been to Minchinbury Repco for buying a spark plug and the required one was not available. But the staff managed to arrange one from the nearby Repco by calling them and reserving. The staff was very helpful and friendly..Keep it up buddy …

Broke down next to their carpark,(flat battery) asked the lady of I could get a jump start or lend me a machine to start my car .her response was no , and that I have to purchase a machine. Luckily a Kiwi gentleman helped me jumpstart my car.

BEWARE very POOR service, delivery times take forever, staff require proper training, when calling for pricing/quotes they keep you waiting on the phone and then they say they will call you back for availability/pricing and they never do.

The cashier was'nt honest with me, I am a member with Repco and I was surprised that she scanned my card twice and she stated I got a discount of 10% , when I arrived home I checked my receipt and there wasn't a discount applied. This is

All the front line staff are friendly. They will approach and say Hi and help if you need it. I was offered help with different options for what I needed. I still am.not sure about theie ignition program, need to understand it a little

Staff with customer service is a ok depending on who you will get. Store has wide range of car products and prices are fair too. Staff normally don't imply to use your NRMA card for discounts and sometimes staff will say that can't use

Great old fashion service the staff member that served me was a car mechanic by trade who came out to the car park & checked that I was buying the correct part & they reminded me to use my nrma card for a discount.

Very helpful, didnt have the part i wanted in stock, only had a $210 part, located what i wanted at penrith store which ended up costing me $125, didnt try to talk me into buying the dearer option. Very good …

Weekend Sale , sale signs everywhere. Walk inside assistant tells me there’s no sale. I asked why do they advertise a sale when there is no sale. 3 different answers all lies. I ring repco office they lied too.
