Came in needing a replacement bolt to refit my roof rack after ripping the whole unit off driving into an underground car park. Was greeted by the fella that owns the shop. He searched out the specific part for me which wasnt in stock. We then tried a few different alternative bolt and washer combos to get it sorted. Lent me the tools to fit it myself as didnt have the specific bit needed. All in all top service, saved me an absolute headache trying to find a replacement part for an older model, amd all of the above was free. Offered to pay as I dont like taking someones time for nothing but we settled for this review. My girlfriend and i were about to leave Sydney for our next trip and suddenly the King’s awning connected to our roof rail broke down. We have already had troubles with the other awning but we trust King’s employees that said that we could mount them on our car’s roof rails. They were wrong and the incompetence of them almost cost us an accident. In the unlucky time we were lucky to find these amazing people. Not only they saved our trip installing some roof racks on our car (perfect for our awning) but also they made us save lots of money finding second hand roof racks in perfect conditions. We haven’t had any problems for all these months. It’s very difficult to find so honest people nowadays. Super recommended, thanks again.

Service plus***** First order I thought I had everything I needed and the guys sorted everything out and posted with super efficiency to Albany WA… I then realized my setup wasn’t quiet going to work with parts of ordered elsewhere so a quick call to RRS and I had the parts I needed…. But of course I missed a particular part so another call and I think I’ve got it all… to put this into perspective I’m retro fitting a rack to a caravan tool box to fit 2 mountain bikes… each time John was super friendly and happy to help and with the more technical questions Lee was nearby to lend his expertise! Great job guys and I’m super excited about being able to finally take my bike on our next camping trip and go shred some trails!!

I purchased a Thule Chariot Cab 2 trailer online from The Roof Rack Store recently. The trailer is fantastic and the kids love it. I had some questions regarding axle adapters for my bike and the guys were more than happy to help over the phone, ordered the adapter in promptly and it all arrived (in Adelaide) within a week. In the end I ordered the wrong adapter (my mistake) and a new one was sent out straight away followed by a refund when my return arrived back in store. Fantastic, friendly service and I’ll definitely be using these guys again.

I've purchased a number of items from these guys and their service is outstanding - always providing friendly, expert advice. My Yakima roof platform recently developed a rattle which I couldn't fix. Took it into these guys and they spent a considerable amount of time investigating the issue as it wasn't straightforward. The staff at the Roof Rack Store were super professional and helpful both with my order and helping me with getting my racks setup correctly. I also found their products the lowest cost on the market and while they do offer to price match I couldn't find anyone offering the same products at a lower price. I ordered two roof rails online, but selected in store installation, as I wasn’t confident the rails were even compatible with by roof cross bars. When I arrived, the rails had been set aside for me, and in no time Lee and his colleague got to work installing the rails, and the job was complete in just over 30 minutes.
