We have been very impressed with the great work ethic shown by Matt and Fernando in presenting us with, and sorting through, options to our storm water related issues. Matt took the time to explain the options and answer all our questions. There was ongoing problem solving which was dealt with admirably by both of them. We especially appreciated the backyard being left clear and tidy, and our lawn and pathways being taken good care of, this, in spite of the messy nature of their work. Our hot water heater in our investment went out a few weeks ago on a Tuesday night at about 6pm. I called Matthew who attended within 20 minutes to find that the heating system had blown from the bottom and rusted out. As it was after hours, Matthew installed a temporary heating system until the following day when he was able to complete a full replacement and reasonably priced! Saved a complaint from the tenant , and he was lovely to deal with even placing a temporary solution in place until it could be fully resolved
