we were renting property in 27 callisto street riverstone. Our agent was Kelly McLean. we had 1 year contract but owner wanted to go back to her property so we were trying to find other place to rent. when we found one my wife let agent know that we gonna move out and will bring keys on monday. But agent wanted to get keys as soon as possible because owner wanted to move in during weekend. well.. we tried really hard to move out as soon as possible and do all final cleaning on saturday.. It was not EASY with toddler and newborn to move to other place.. but we managed to do that and gave keys. we had no final inspection because of the rush. after couple of weeks i asked my wife when we gonna get bond back and she asked agent.. Agent replied to wife that there are few dents small dents on walls and missing tv bracket. i gave mine bracket but i haven't seen other one and i said that i would like to go and fix those dents. Kelly wrote again to my wife that owner want handyman to fix it. I called her and said that i would like to do that because i do have maintenance business and can easily fix damages. After more than month we tried to contact agent again about bond.. she was on holidays. ok.. tried to call 3 times after she came back from holidays and had no response back. left messages to call back and nothing. tried to call 4th time and at last.. after 4 days when she came back from holidays. i asked about repairs when i can come to do. she said that owner already got handyman to do that. HAD NO PICTURES of damages , nothing. i said so why i didn't get any pictures? she said you will get invoice and you will see. I said we didn't had final inspection. And she said that you needed to book time in for final inspection. thank you for letting me know when we gave keys back rushing! with toddler and newborn.. got bill for 2 small dents $363 for what why to paint all wall? it's written: repairs to garage wall and repaint entire wall repairs to bedroom 1 wall and paint entire wall 363?? common which bedroom? which wall? no comunication, no pictures of damages nothing. writing to wife when bond and house rent is on my name. worst agent ever. sadly there are no 0 stars 10min patching 50max paint and 1h sanding/painting

Great Agent; room for improvement. Scott is a well presented, easy to approach and friendly character. He understands the property sufficiently though a bit more knowledge in the more nuanced side would separate him from other Agents greatly. A brilliant communicator and very responsive to calls/text. He definitely tries to help you every step of the way as he claims which is awesome. He is definitely more on the seller's side instead of having a good balance between both parties. Expect some typical high pressure sales tactics when the iron is hot. A major criticism for Scott is to do his own homework regarding the property instead of believing whatever the Vendor tells him as many claims by them were false upon completing due diligences. Fortunately these were not severe however it is not good to find unexpected surprised when a quick review of the facts would have proven things otherwise by Scott. An Agent is suppose to be able to tell the truth knowing it is the truth than thinking it is. Otherwise he is quite accommodating and easy to work with. I have reached settlement with him and am overall positive with the outcome.
