My experience renting a property with Response Re Winston Hills was the worst in my 15 years of renting in Sydney and it is the first time I have needed to go to the Department of Fair Trading to have an issue resolved. The biggest issue is that the air conditioner and other circuits were billed to the pensioners in the granny flat. I helped them with the bills but it wasn't a situation that could continue. It took more than six months, past the end of the lease, to get the issue resolved. It also took a trip to the Department of Fair Trading. Meanwhile the property manager became very hostile. Finally once the issue was resolved I received a retaliatory termination of lease. I didn't complain about the broken window, the chipped toilet or the rubbish left at the property which took three bin collections to remove. I asked about the undercover area where water poured in each time it rained - but nothing was done. Dealing with the management and the new property manager in the last few weeks in the property was more positive. However for me the majority of my time dealing with this agency was a very poor experience. My advice is that it looks like things are improving but be careful renting through this agency.

Probably the worst realestate i have ever dealt with. Property managers are rude and need to learn the entitlements for owners and leasee's. We rented a property for 4 years. Upon moving in the garage had a dirty cut up old carpet laying ontop of cheap poorly stuck to the floor vynall. The room stank like urine and dog feaces. We removed and through out at our expense the off cuts of carpet which upon leaving the realestate attempted to charge us for brand new products. Large trees that where well over the height of the roof were also attempted to be charged to trim. Not to mention that we did not agree with purchasing the owners a brand new expensive pressure washer and this is when it all went sour. From $1500 our bill sky rocketed to over $4000. We took them to the tribunal as they continued to attempt to bully us. Turned out that the property manager did not know what the owners where entitled to and were not entitled too. Moral of the story do your home work. There is plenty more I could go on about. Just be careful and document everything.

This has got to be the worst agency to ever work with! From the beginning, they expected my partner to pay a 6 week bond within a day's notice... all via cheque and not even a direct account transfer option. Moreover, it took them 2 months to do a maintenance job that could easily take a day.... and the contractors didn't even clean up after, nor did the agency follow up on them. In terms of communication, there's a lack of effort on their part to actively discuss rental matters with the tenants. And when there is communication, it's just emails with convoluted information that doesn't address the tenant's concerns. When they say they will call you back, they don't. On arrival to their physical offices, they are rude and unwelcoming. My partner is not the only person that is annoyed at their unprofessional behaviour. The neighbours around with the same agency are disappointed too. Save yourself the trouble and do not rent out your property with them or find a home with them.

This place is an absolute shame, you’d rather be scammed.. well you might as well believe you are in one. I have spoken to so many people that have rented through Quakers Hill, if you wish to be treated like trash, never have phone calls answered, have things broken in your house and never replaced, the maintenance never seen to or have not an ounce of kindness shown to you. These are your people! I believe there have been better conversations talking to a fence post and even that would take what you have to say in consideration. If you value your home as a landlord or value a good relationship with agents as a tenant, Take this as a warning, DO NOT rent or lease here. If you’re silly enough to continue to go ahead I’d probably request a property walk through or read at least one of the reviews before proceeding. *Friendly reminder to landlords have you recently seen the top tier list of maintenance issues that have been ignored? I’d probably ask.

Response QH staff are great except one money hungry, dodgy and unprofessional and incompetent real estate agent in their office called De Annah. I had to take her to tribunal for extra costs she tried to add on top of outgoing services being done which she never told me about to the former property I lived in. She was over zealous with her requests for the property to be cleaned, She didn't even have the decency to inform myself and neighbours directly that the land lord who owned their house also was putting both houses up for sale. She harassed me for 3 months about a water bill I had paid immediately that day when sent and I had to screenshot and send an outline of dates and times when we correspondeded about it. She has no clue what she's doing and anyone who has this woman as their property manager should be warned about her. Response QH you need to do something about her.

Had such a bad experience dealing with one of real estate agents from this agency. Upon liking one of the rental properties we approached Lachlan to share our contact details and requested for application form link. We were assured the link will arrive in a few minutes. But quite contrary to what we were promised, we never received the link. We kept calling the agency and above mentioned agent but to no avail. Either they didn't pick up our phone or gave us false hope. We have looking around for a good home in the rental market for quite some time. It's hard to find right fit but this house seemed to meet most of our needs. It's disappointing to see such poor level of customer service and lack of professionalism from such a renowned real estate agency.

Shocking to deal with as property managers! How on earth do they retain customers? Like lots of other reviewers i have spent so much time calling them leaving messages. No answer. No calls back. I can't contact these people no matter what. I have left so many messages. I have emailed and phoned offices and mobiles and everything. Obviously this entire office needs new staff who actually do their job. After reading the reviews I'm so happy I didn't have to deal with them for much longer. There is no light at the end of the metaphorical tunnel. There is only more hapless staff and pointless effort to try to get them to do their job. Stay away! Do NOT have these people manage properties you own or lease. Save yourself the future trouble.

I have had the worst time dealing with these guys.. spoken and treated by staff with most disrespect I have ever had to deal with... I rented a property with them for a year and a half they took for ever to get repairs done to the property sometimes we had to out source people to come fix the property.. not to mention they where taking money out of my account for weeks after I handed the keys back.. I will never recommend some one renting or selling their house through this company and I will never in my life go back to using this company.. AND have been told by my new realestate that we are renting through now how many customers they get because they are feed up with they say they are treated by response realestate st quakers hill..

I don't usually post reviews however the rudeness and poor level of customer service bought me to tears. We contactes them regarding a number of properties that had advertised "Request Inspection" however on all occasions they didn't even try to accommodate. When we provided the feedback that maybe they shouldn't advertise private Inspections if they are not available the lady who was the manager said "excuse me are you telling me how to run my business " I was so taken aback and shocked to get that response. The two people that I had previously spoken to had the same manner and poor customer service. I can now imagine why. Please don't treat people like dirt. By the other recent comment I can see there is a trend.

The worst real estate agents I have ever heard or come across. As a landlord of two properties they are managing for us , I like to warn any of you thinking to give your property to this team. They have charged me $1420 for tenant's rubbish removal without sending a quote to me or taking our approval. On top of that they are so irresponsible that I lost 6 months worth of rent and the property was damaged a lot as well.They made me pay $1100 to replace the blinds of the property through Kresta blinds and 11 months later they are still unable to tell me if the blinds are replaced. Very dodgy team. Despite of lot of e mails and phone calls no response at all. And funny that they call themselves Response Real estate.

These people seem real dodgy. Will put up no information whatsoever on the websites, if you ask for an inspection or price guide will get hell bent on getting your contact number. Never ever give them your contact number. These people have no chill, will keep calling you avout the same few properties they have, even after you have requested them repeatedly to. I told them on at least 10 different occasions that I will only be available from the next month but they keep calling me and they do not even have a lot of listings to go on. If you cannot follow or understand one simple little your prospective client asks of you, then sorry to say, but I'd rather place my trust elsewhere.

The worst real estate agent in Australia. The service is very poor. The property manager is very bad and unskilled. In one year I saw 5 different property managers. If you are properly owner, please be careful. They will try to eat your money. I had two rental properties managing by them. The property manager never answered my phone calls, never replied my emails. They didn’t transfer my money into my account on time. I had to call and send emails many times to get our rental money. Please ‘avoid’ ResponseRE.

Ohh what a regrettable service! very poor and bad management. If you complain about any property manager, they try to cover or support each other and start arguing with you. Their attitude is like ‘complaining or giving negative feedback about them is a crime’. Jesus Christ! I was feeling like dealing with ‘local hooligans of third world countries’. I had to lodge complaint with Fair Trading to resolve my issues. What a nightmare! Now if I see the sign ‘ResponseRE’ I get scared! God help me!

Have been with Response for 8 years now. Havent really had to use them much as we had long term renters. however during that time, Response was always prompt in calling back or keeping us notified. When the Tenants moved out, Response (De-Annah) took over to fix the house ready for the next people to move in. Pretty much redoing the inside. Our place looks as good as new. Then on the market a day and re-leased!! De-Annah and her team are wonderful. Thank you.

Customer service needs to be improved by property managers. They need to discuss all issues clearly with each other as other wise tenants get phone calls or emails requesting to do things that have already been checked and approved. If you do have an issue with your property manager, bring it up with the franchise owners and hopefully your tenancy can be more enjoyable than if you have one that is incompatible of completing tasks for landlords and tenants.

I did work with few different agent before. Honestly Response Realestate at Quakers Hill is very different from others. They are professional, skilled in one word superb. I am really great full to De-Annah and couple of other ladies those who come to in my contact. Sorry I couldn’t remember the names. Everyone is really good. I would like to give an example: In pandemic time they found a tanent for my empty property within three days. Extreme credibility.

Extremely rude & unprofessional. Have refused to hand over the required documents when we are moving to a new agency (thankfully) only to find that the tenant had also been in arrears. When following up for these documents they are obligated to produce (during their time managing) been told by the director (Greg Epis) that they consider this matter closed (what??) and any future emails will go to Junk Avoid at all costs.

They are totally unprofessional gave me appointment to show me the sale property in Blacktown.I get there after 30mins drive and wait for the sales person but she didn’t turned up.When I try to called her she did not answer my phone.After 20mins I called there office . Instead of apologies she made up stories and excuses. They should know the value of time of other person. Bad service that I ever received in MY LIFE!

From a landlord. I wouldn’t recommend this Realestate agency to ANYONE. The communication is terrible, the property managers change frequently with no notice or update, the fees change without notice, maintenance is done without approval and income is recieved sparatically. I have since moved on to another Realestate agency where the service is second to none and I can actually understand what I am paying for!

I have always found Response to be very responsive to my requests and the changing situation. When my previous tenant left in Jan/Feb this year i was worried that we may not be able to find another soon. However Response managed to secure a good tenant for my property quite swiftly. And given the current Covid situation i think this was an amazing effort from the team. Thanks heaps Response.

The worst real state ever. 1 start is too much for them. Stay away from them if you do not want to have a terrible lease period experience. Otherwise take just 3 months lease. This is the kind of places they rent and when you ask for help you get nothing. And at the end of the rent period they do not want to give you the bond back. No call answers no emails they ignore you totaly.

No knowledge of how strata works and don't understand buyers requirements more over they judge buyer, keep asking about the property which buyer is not interested in.They dont do floor plans probably save some money in there pocket. Some of the sales executives need more training on customer service and professional behaviour before sending them for sales.

A real estate with one job only... to call you if you payment is late. They don't help and don't care about their clients unless they are loaded with money. They had great staff before but now all unprofessional, lazy and careless people there. They don't know the difference between urgent repairs and normal repairs.

Even though I've never directly done any business with them, they seem to believe that unsolicited post mail and letterbox/front door junk mail (no junk mail sign clearly visible) and knocking on the front door when there's a do not knock sign is completely acceptable. I'd never consider giving them my business.
