My husband ordered a bouquet with a personally selected card, and a balloon to be delivered. He asked that the bouquet include lilies, hydrangeas, roses and filler flowers. The bouquet and balloon were delivered the card was not. The bouquet included lilies and hydrangeas but no roses. The bouquet was delivered with absolutely no water and the flowers were already drooping when it arrived. Since there was no card in the envelope I assumed it was from my husband and I text him to thank him and sent a picture. I mentioned it not having a card and he was disappointed because he had personally selected one and a message. He then told me he was really disappointed in the bouquet because he was specific with what he asked for. He let them know I had received bouquets previously that were delivered already dying and they assured him this wouldn’t be the case. Sadly it was the case. The lilies are gorgeous and fragrant but it’s disappointing the other two flowers in the bouquet are already dead.

Extremely disappointed in the 250$ floral arrangement ordered for my uncles .funeral. most of the flowers were brown and some were DEAD! we specifically bought the deluxe version because we wanted a plush arrangement and my husband told the lady he did not care what it cost as long as it was full and beautiful! They had the 160$ version of this arrangement and we were adimant on the larger version. . We specifically told the lady what we wanted!!! This was NO WHERE near what we ordered and asked for. We were so upset. We also asked for a nice bow in military colors to be placed in the arrangent and there was NO bow however there was 1 streamer hanging down that said uncle.. VERY DISSATISFIED amd UPSET. This WAS NOT WHAT WE PAID OR ASKED FOR!!!

I found this little hidden gem in accident lol I had gone to a florist up the street asking if they could do wedding bouqet for a family member . They turned me down and told me they would be closed for the holiday labor day. I got on Google and saw there was this florist down the street. When I walked in a sweet young lady greeted me I showed her as well as Jenny the florist what I wanted. Needless to say I was so happy with the results my family member got so many compliments and she adored her flowers . They also have cute birds in their shop and one of them that talks lol

Worst experience of my life so far my family has been dealing with them for 20 plus years I’ve dealt with them 4 times and have had things messed up and not done when they supposed they take advantage of peoples emotions in a time of grief and hurt and use it to make money if u don’t believe me just get three of them together and ask for a price on an arrangement and it could go from 100 to $1,300 be careful folks

This Florist is amazing they go above and beyond!!!! These people do gorgeous work and completely make me feel like family, ever time I need something weather or not I call or go into the shop they are so happy and professional. John Rey Bethea Sr. started this Florist in 1945 and is operated today by his son John Rey Bethea Jr. If anyone ever needs flowers for any occasion this is the place, you won't regret it.

We ordered the spray the day before the funeral service. The florist was extremely helpful in assisting us and answering questions regarding an assortment of flowers and was transparent about the process. The flowers were beautiful and we were pleased with the exceptional customer service we received.

Stopped in for a last minute arrangement at this cute little flower shop, will continue to use them. The girls were so helpful and knew gave me exactly what I was looking for. I can see why they have been open for over 76 years, the service and quality are 5+ stars.
