I opted to have Reyes Roofing remove my old roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles) and reinstall a new roof. I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan. My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed: 1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials. Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job. Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are "lifetime warranty" architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price. I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had. Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to. Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day. Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris. Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner. Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.

Had an appointment for Reyes to come out and give me a quote on roof replacement. Made sure I was home an hour early, and shuffled my schedule around so I could even be there a half hour later than the appointment. Reyes was a no-call, no-show. I understand running late, but why would anybody do business with a company that isn't even reliable enough to call when they are going to be late? UPDATE: In response to the company's belated response: I simply reported on my experience. Your company was trying to get my business, so you should have been doing everything you could to make sure we were impressed with your reliability and trustworthiness. As for your allegation that the owner came out the next day to apologize, this is simply not true. The only time a Reyes employee came to our door was the day after the missed appointment, and that employee - whether he was the owner or not - acted surprised when I said that they had missed the appointment the day before, and he said that he was there on the correct day. You are just trying to make your business sound more responsible than it has proven to be.

Reyes Roofing replaced our tile roof in November 2023. We received six bids for the roof replacement with a wide range of prices. Although the bid from Reyes Roofing was one of two at the low end of the range, their bid included everything that the highest bid did. Milton, who prepared and presented the bid, is not just a salesman but a roofer with many years of experience. He provided a sample of the underlayment to be used and he was able to answer all of our questions satisfactorily. The roofing crew appeared cheerful as they worked and they cleaned up the worksite at the end of every day. At the final inspection we asked for a few changes and these were quickly completed. The only negative is that the new tiles used to replace the old broken tiles are not a very close match to the old tiles. However, these were placed at the back of the house. Overall, a good experience.

Reyes Roofing did an amazing job on our roof! I received 8 estimates and Reyes Roofing had the fairest price without being pushy to get the job. Jose came out gave me an estimate and enough time to evaluate all the bids to make a decision. Jose stayed in constant contact with pictures and texts updating the process of the job daily. The crew was very courteous and always cleaned up after themselves everyday. They completed my roof in 4 days with the 5th day coming back to paint, mud, and do a thorough cleanup of my yard. They left no mess behind and Jose even came back to ensure everything was cleaned up and the work was done to his standard. They have an excellent warranty and I can’t recommend Reyes Roofing enough!! I have already gave Jose’s contact info to two people looking for a roofing contractor.

They’ve only been here one day and the progress they’ve made is just outstanding. The crew has been working nonstop for 12 hours and have been very respectful of my property. I am confident I made the right decision to go with them. More reviews to come. I am so pleased with this company. My roof was completed in three solid work days. It looks amazing! Even my neighbor stopped by to compliment me about how great it looks. The staff were great in cleaning the area thoroughly each day and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of a roof at a reasonable price with excellent to use Reyes Roofing! I received estimates from fourteen roofing companies including Reyes roofing. Their price wasn’t the cheapest, but it was close, and their reviews w/ google & BBB were good. I liked that they were easy to work with as far as getting a very detailed quote. When I finally made the decision to go with them, Jose the sales guy (not sure he’s old enough to drive) told me that they would exceed my expectations (most salespeople tend to say this). The crew arrived and jumped into action. They were easy to deal with when I had questions or concerns. They did an excellent job and when all was said and done, Jose was right. They had exceeded my expectations.

Reyes Roofing did an astounding job on my roof! They adhered to doing a high quality job and it shows. They also have very fair pricing, did not charge extra for replacing tiles if needed, and had no surprise additional charges. The workers came everyday for 4 days straight and worked all day to finish my roof quickly. They cleaned up after themselves daily, not just after finishing the job. I am exceptionally pleased. This company restores my faith that there are excellent, honest, ethical businesses out there.
