Said they would have the carpets cleaned before we moved in and never bothered once they got our deposit. Refused to fix our smoke alarms and door bell for 18 months. Blocked our bond on made-up excuses took us to tribunal and after 4 months tribunal forced them to pay us back. Make sure you document all communication with them

The agents at this real estate are very dishonest and want to take advantage of tenants. If you are looking for a place to rent or your property to be managed, please go somewhere else, you will thank me later. Especially look out for agent Evan Botani…. Very rude and inexperienced agent.

As a buyer it was horrid, we even approached the principle partner of the firm and got no support or acknowledgement of the difficult Vincent presented us. Disgusting service.

Negative stars would be sufficient. Vincent was extremely rude. He put the 'sold' sign on without prior notice. The whole experience was not pleasant. Avoid at all costs.
