Great team. Always keep you well informed about what they are doing. Don't try and take advantage of customers. If something doesn't need doing, they let you know. Book ahead as they are always busy! This is another sign of their great service as you don't stay busy if you're no good! If work is going to run over night they offer a complementary car and when I say comp car, I don't mean one they charge through the nose for like the car company service centers tend to do! Close to Darling station if you have to get to the city for work. Drop your car off in the morning and pick it up in the evening.

Little on the expensive side, but they rang me to give me a chance to opt out before doing the work. Said they'd call and they did. Said the work would be done on a certain day and it was. Price given over the phone was what I was charged. If only other mechanics in Melbourne were as honest and reliable as these guys. Three thumbs up.

everybody knows this place which is why i went there but the rumor's about their shoddy service is true. went in got a rough quote booked in 2 weeks later, job turned from couple of hours into 3 days, and then from few hundred to a thousand $. friendly smiles do not hide poor workmanship and out of date servicing techniques. avoid
