Such a great experience getting my clothes dry cleaned at Rick’s. I had a series of 14 interviews over the winter and probably had my suit dry cleaned at least 7 times. I received amazing service every single time. The staff here are the absolute sweetest and the prices cannot be beat. They’ve earned a customer for life!

Anna at the Rick’s on South Lamar is the best! I always get my clothes back super fast. I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours. I love that I get a text as soon as it’s ready too. Anna is always super friendly and remembers me when I’m able to catch her there. I won’t go anywhere else for dry cleaning.

Kudos to the employees here. I had just hurt my back pretty bad and they came to my car and got everything from me and allowed me to stay in the vehicle to give them my info. She was very pleasant and made it a great experience when things weren’t going so great for myself. I will be back. Thanks

Ricks cleaners is great. I go to them for dry cleaning. Quick turn around time of clothes. Very good pricing. Friendly staff. Easy drop off and pick up. Close to my apt so convenient to use. And redid a few things to try and get stains out at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend.

The Rick’s location I go to is close to my house. The staff there are incredibly friendly. The ordering/drop off is super easy and they have never messed up my order. Compared to the previous dry cleaner I used they are a lot less expensive. So overall a very positive experience.

The south location is terrible. I have had to send back clothes numerous times- they did not have the items done when the ticket indicated. Poor customer service. I would not recommend this location AT ALL. The north lamar location is somehow a completely different experience.

Always an easy process and a quick turnaround with good quality dry cleaning as well. I also did get a snide comment from the lady at the front about my drop off being so close to closing but she at least then said it was ok because it was just some easy dry cleaning shirts

Very nice people on the phone but I do not recommend taking household items here. I took my comforter here and it took over a week and a half. At one point they said it may have gone to a different location. If you need something to be cleaned quick I don’t recommend.

This is probably the best dry cleaners in all of Austin. It is not close to my house but I happily drive here and drop off what I need. They are fast, friendly and professional. You cannot beat the prices. They always do a wonderful job. I am more than impressed.

I took a sweater with a drop of dried blood in a couple spots to have cleaned. It was neatly hanging on a hanger when I picked it up. I got home and unwrapped the plastic wrap and noticed the two spots were exactly the same. I won't be going back.

Chantel has always helped me out with my clothing. All the little stains hidden in my clothing are always removed and my suits always come out perfect. Within a few blocks are 3 different cleaners and I always choose Ricks. It's a great spot.
