My visit was on yesterday, 8/08/23, with Tommi at the Parmer Lane location. I had an extremely wonderful time at Zips getting my clothes taken care of. Tommi was so friendly and personable, which made me really comfortable. She even took time to explain the best cleaning process for what I brought in!!!!! Amazing customer care.

I wanted to set up a rewards account but couldn’t do it on the app. I went to the store, and Karime was able to get me set up immediately. She was a wiz in ising the software in setting everything up, offered me the signup bonus without my asking, and did it all with an upbeat, friendly demeanor. What a great experience!

My dry cleaning order was split and the clothes that I needed for my tech conference would be delayed. Its a hit or miss. Ive brought 4 shirts here and Ive had to return 2 to get pressed again. Ladies upfront are polite and apologetic. If you do come here, just be sure to check your shirts before leaving place.
