I ended up spending a lot more time with this purchase. I was hunting online for new MTB tires for my son’s bike. Surprisingly, a store very near me in NYC had them in stock - excellent! In my experience it is hard to find mountain biking gear in NYC. I decided to go in person to get them so that I could also have a conversation about the tires with their staff to make sure the tire type matched the riding we do. The staff I spoke to were kind, though I was hoping for more critical opinion. The person I spoke to simply didn’t know about the tire types I was considering and couldn’t find them on their website. At this point I drove the computer behind their desk, and located the tires on their site. To my dismay, the tires weren’t in stock at the shop, but were in an offsite warehouse and we’d need to have them delivered. At that point, I asked if they could just have the tires sent to my apartment so that I didn’t need to make another trip over. There was an extra delivery charge to have them shipped to my house instead of having them shipped to the store which is a 15 min walk away. This ended with me using their computer in their shop to place an online credit card order to have them delivered to their shop for me to come back / pick up. Now I’m going to head back this evening to get them. To note: after this experience I looked online and they do make a distinction between ‘in-stock’ and available ‘at supplier warehouse’, though I didn’t understand the difference online because the only availability I saw for the tires I considered was ‘supplier warehouse’ and assumed that the warehouse was part of the shop. I will still buy from them again, just with a better understanding of what to expect next time. I was really hoping to find some MTB junkies accessible here in Brooklyn! Throughout the process there was no ill will, just ended up taking me a lot more time and in hindsight would have simply bought them online from home after that first Google search.
RideBrooklyn will always have a special place in my heart. I bought my first bike from them in 2017 and have been riding ever since. The other night I was riding home and my crank started acting weird and the chain kept coming off. I was freaking out but I made it home and in the morning I went to RideBrooklyn and dropped my bike off at 11am. By 1:15pm I got a text that my bike was ready to be picked up. I was expecting the worse. I remember when I got there my guy Maurice (great mechanic) saw me and smiled and said, “long time no see.” He’s been working on my bikes since the first one I destroyed in 2017 . In the end the bottom bracket needed to be replaced and I had my rear brake pads replaced also because they were cooked. Before picking it up I called and asked to speak to Maurice to ask him if anything else needed to be done and he told me my bike was ready to go and that he adjusted my gears cause they were loose. It costs me 114 bucks and sincerely I would have paid more if I needed too. Adam the sales person is a great guy also. This place makes me feel safe when I have a problem with my bike. It really is a community that I hold dear, it’s not just a bike shop. I can’t say anything more than that. There are tons of bike shops in NYC but there’s only one RideBrooklyn. Ride safe peeps ❤️
Needed work on my front brake and rear tire. The short of it: Excellent service, transparent pricing, speedy work, friendly and super-helpful staff. Explained what work they did, why they did what they did, what I could do to maintain the bike in good shape, and sent me on my way. No complaints. What I like the most is that they take a few extra minutes to explain (if you ask) and they don't make you feel stupid for being a bit of a novice or a weekend warrior or someone who knows nothing about bikes. The longer version: my front disc brake wasn't grabbing properly and after I fixed a flat, I didn't get the rear tire mounted on the rim just right. When I stopped in, we diagnosed the brake problem, concluded that the brake needed to be replaced, and they gave me an estimate. When I returned that afternoon, they had managed to repair the brake (no replacement needed, saved a few bucks), put new brake pads on, re-mounted the rear tire, and did some general maintenance. Even got rid of that annoying clicking sound that I couldn't fix on the rear derailleur. Price came out to a few dollars less than the estimate. Three weeks after the repair, with 7 or 8 rides, everything is in working order.
This was my first time getting anything serviced at Ride Brooklyn. I went in wanting to put some new parts on my bike and they were transparent about turn around time and are willing to help people in such a positive manner . I understand the bicycle industry has had a boom in the past couple years and it’s hard to have fast turnaround times but the team at Ride Brooklyn was so great and was able to do what I needed quickly. One of the things that drew me to this bike shop is when I walked in to buy tires in the morning and saw four people waiting outside before they opened. When the doors opened and they let customers and they greeted everybody happily and I heard them telling customers that they can wait outside while their needs are being met. I am an avid cyclist and I’ve been to so many different bike shops where it seems like because they can’t get it done right away they don’t really care about someone’s problem and that does not happen at this place. Shout out to the mechanic Fred to put my new groups that on my bike thanks dude.
They had a helmet that seemed sold out everywhere on the planet, I was skeptical. Weirdly easy ordering process. I chose the in store pickup because it “arrived” earlier than shipping it. Still skeptical. Less than a business day later the order was processed and I had a notification the order would be “ready by the end of the week” as the distributor had to locate and send the product to the shop. Still even more skeptical. Before end of the the same day an email and text said come pick it up. No longer quite as skeptical. But still… My order was on the counter waiting for me as I walked in. A seamless process with incredibly nice individuals at the shop (and online and texting). 13/10 communication and customer service. In a world of shady online ordering/tracking/distributing companies….DO NOT hesitate to use this shop. I won’t go anywhere else after my experience here.
Went in not knowing what to expect, and fearing the worst as I know absolutely squat about bikes, but I've ridden a friend's Cannondale mountain bike and absolutely fell in love with it. I knew I wasn't ready for anything more than an entry level mountain bike but hoped to find something I could use for riding around for fun, exercise, commuting, and most of all be affordable. Dan helped me out, and carefully listened to my needs and wants, and made some fantastic suggestions to me. I felt so welcome and excited about his enthusiasm for biking I bought a Giant Talon 1 on the spot. I'll be sure to pop in whenever my bike needs some maintenance, I want/need new accessories, and I strongly urge you, if you're reading this, to pop in. Best decision I made for myself in a long time.
Ride BK was the first bike shop I went to when I first moved to the city. They took me on short notice and made the repairs same day. Julien, my bike tech, even went above and beyond with servicing my brakes (which have internally routed cables+housing) and just made sure all the other parts of the brakes like the calipers and whatnot were in good order. Pretty happy that I went with them as I was able to bring in my bike and get it back the same day even on a pretty busy day - was in and out in ~45 minutes. Overall, would recommend it to anyone else looking for a general shop because everyone I met was quite nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm quite new to cycling, so I appreciate a good bike shop that will accept and want to help all levels of cyclists.
Brought in my bike (which I bought used and was very overdue for some attention) to get the chain replaced and ended up realizing I needed much more done. I had a great experience! Dan was friendly, helpful, and transparent about pricing and timing. I got my bike back a few hours later with a new cassette (with an expanded gear range, something I’d already been wanting - riding back up the Park Slope slope felt great!), new brake pads, and a new brake cable. Very reasonable pricing, super fast service, and it feels like a new bike. Emma at the front desk was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. Always nice when a bike shop isn’t staffed by just men, and she contributed to the comfortable, welcoming vibe of the shop.
Excellent bike shop. Always come here for tune ups or anything I need. I haul my kid around every day and store my bike outside so there's always something that could be improved about my bike when I bring it in once a year. They always are conservative in what they recommend - this time they advised that my chain was nearing it's end of life but I could probably make it through the winter/didn't want to sell me a new chain before slush season. I'd previously brought in my dad's fancy carbon bike which my dad tried to add stem risers to in a hilariously awful way and they quickly and affordably fixed it without any commentary on my dad's goofy attempt. I recommend this place to all my friends.
Went in to replace my front tire and get a new tube. Told them to give me a tire for a 27 1-1/4” wheel. Attendant was nice, but told me my wheel size was incorrect. Ended up with a new tire (700) that didn’t fit my wheel. It was like riding a square. Popped in a big way after 12 hrs. Went to another shop and it was replaced with the correct size, same brand, tire, but 20 dollars cheaper than Ride Brooklyn prices. If you are an all-year/commuter cyclist, I would recommend staying away from this shop and the mark-ups. If you are a casual cyclist with money to burn, this is the place for you. Should be mentioned, I did get a refund which I appreciated, but this was still an avoidable hassle.
tldr: Don't use them if you care about safety & can't check their work yourself. I used Ride Brooklyn for some normal maintenance about 4-5 years ago, and they gave me back my bike with the brakes disconnected. I swore them off but decided to give them another try recently. They did a "safety check" on my bicycle but somehow tilted my handlebars up and did not tighten the screw. While I was riding my bike, the handlebars rotated suddenly as the screw gave out and almost made me fall. I went back and the manager refunded the safety check, but ultimately did not tell me how this wasn't going to happen again. Don't use them if you can't check over their work yourself.
I bought a hybrid about a year ago from Ride Brooklyn. They were super helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. Recently, I dropped it off for my 1 year free tune up. When I picked it up, it rode like a completely different bike! They fixed problems I didn’t even know the bike had. I’m super stoked to have my bike back in almost the condition it was in when I first bought it from them. Despite how busy it can get (my only complaint), everyone there is super helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a bike, trade a bike, or get their bike repaired!
Incredible bike shop with a good inventory of high quality bikes as well as supplies for a fair price. I brought my bike in twice this week. First time to swap my speedplay pedals for SPD pedals that I bought on Amazon. Took them 5 minutes and only $10. I brought my bike in today because it has a complicated proprietary system to adjust the seat angle. It took them about 20 minutes to troubleshoot it and they didn't charge me anything. Highly appreciated this bike shop being in my community and will definitely be coming back for regular maintenance and repair.
Ride Brooklyn is my new go-to bike shop. I got some new bars and needed cables put on my bike and the team was super helpful and fast. They got me in for the service within a couple of days, and had the work don’t in a couple of hours. They went above and beyond: doing only the necessary work to get my bike running again, and told me how they didn’t need to do all they initially quoted. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, they have a great selection of gear, and a stellar service department. I will definitely be coming back.
Amazing service! Dylan was extremely proficient and quick in fixing my old single speed/fixie again. Last year I brought the bike in after work Friday and he had it ready for pick up later that day. After running the old bike to the ground I wore out my Chainring, freewheel, pedals and chain. I also had to give up my old straight handlebars due to arthritis. Once again Dylan did an awesome job and it is riding like a charm and ready for 26 miles a day commute. Thank you Dylan and Ride Brooklyn! Everyone is very nice and helpful there!
I’m a newb with bikes (it’s been years since I had one) and was aware that I might be annoying in my lack of knowledge, but the staff couldn’t have been more kind, professional, and helpful. It was a seamless experience. I brought a bike in that I needed to swap some components out and get some that I didn’t have and they had good options to choose from and installed the ones I selected (with their help) within a few hours. I’ll be back! Also the location is super convenient to a major train hub if you don’t live/work in the area.
We paid almost $400 for assembly of two e-bikes. I was told that my bike was ready but when I arrived it did not have any battery. I asked to please charge my wife’s and checked if hers was ready . I was assured it was! When she came several hours later her fenders and basket weren’t installed. We had to each stay an extra half an hour for incomplete assemblies. After coming home I found some parts of my assembly weren’t done properly and according to the manual. Some of my bolt were over tightened and somewhat stripped
I love this shop. I have several different bikes (racing, fixies, mtb, e-cargo bike, kids bikes) and have come here since they opened many years ago. I’ve been to A LOT of other shops in Brooklyn and Manhattan and there’s no comparison in my experience. Ride is honest every time, super communicative about cost every time, does PERFECT work every time, and never says no to a challenge. From skillfully building up a bespoke race bike to the most mundane issues, they’ve nailed it every time. I'm very thankful. 10/10
I bought my bike from here after searching for months. I’ve had it for a few months now and I get service and parts at Ride Brooklyn. I LOVE MY BIKE. And everyone else does too, I get so many compliments on it. Initially I wanted something else, but Adam was convinced he had a better solution for me, and he was so right! Every time I visit the ship they are kind, helpful and patient. They are communicative and very clear on pricing, possible fixes and what to expect. I’m so happy I bought my bike from here!
Super quick and professional service. Knowledgeable sales staff, reasonable prices for bikes and peripherals. Other stores in Brooklyn had me waiting for a long time outside, and would take days to deliver new bike. At Ride Brooklyn I was in and out with bike that were in my budget in less than an hour including how long it took me to make a decision. Already had to use the free tune-up they offer after I got a flat tire; was very happy with the speed, the quality of the repair and overall attitude.
Everyone who works in this store is friendly and knowledgeable. I had a broken derailleur hanger and the manufacturer was out of stock and unable to provide an alternate option. I came into the store and they took the bicycle and said they’d try their best to find the size I needed. Not even 2 hours pass and I get a message to come pick up my bicycle! They didn’t a great job and even put stoppers so my brake calipers wouldn’t misalign. I can’t recommend them enough for any bicycle issue you have!
As soon as I walked in someone made sure I was being serviced. As a woman, I have often felt like some bike shops can be super intimidating and mostly cater to men, but the employees and bike selections really made me feel comfortable and happy to be purchasing a bike here. Being able to test ride the bikes were nice too, and the accessory selection is great. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the market for a new bike, or service/repairs/upgrades on their existing one.
Great experience! I've gone in there to purchase odds and edds (bottle, C02 tank, tubes, etc.) but never for work on my bike. Last week, I had a relatively small issue with my bike with a pretty large negative impact on my riding, so I brought it in for a front derailleur adjustment. It was only $15 and they said it could have been done in half an hour, which was amazing. I instead picked it up the next day and my shifting was back to buttery smooth. Thanks all!
I love Ride Brooklyn. They are very friendly and helpful. The minute you walk in, it feels like they are happy to see you. They explain everything and don’t make you feel stupid for asking lots of questions - which is different from some other bike shops in the area. They have a really wide selection of bikes and gear. I’ve bought two bikes here and also have gotten another one serviced by Ride Brooklyn. I feel lucky to have this shop in the neighborhood.
Ride Brooklyn is the spot to go! I bought a used TT bike a while back and Alex was extremely helpful during my Pro Fit. He not only adjusted it to my size but also answered all my questions, giving advice on things I may or may not want to replace based on my riding and racing goals + comfort in general and taught me a lot just about the bike itself. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to be more comfortable and to better understand your bike!
Really enjoyed my ride. I usually use Lyft Citibike, but for four hours, Ride Brooklyn was definitely more affordable. We checked out the bikes and paid at the store; that was a smooth process. The staff were friendly and supportive in ensuring we were comfortable with the bikes before we left for our ride. We rode for 4 hours and it was such a great way to explore the vast and magnificent Brooklyn. We will definitely be using their bikes again!
Caught a glass shard in my tire, and was lucky enough to be in the neighborhood right next to this shop, ended up there by pure chance, and would definitely go there again. Friendly staff, greeted me and took me in with no line, had a couple bikes in front of me getting service, but they got to mine before the promised time and I was off on my way. Very fast and reasonable prices, I'm very happy, and would definitely recommend. Thanks guys=)
Ride Brooklyn provides courteous and friendly service. Both the sales staff and technicians in the repair shop are knowledgeable and helpful. The service is quick and efficient. My bike was checked in in less than 5 minutes for the repairs and ready for pickup in less than 24 hours. The cost for repairs is reasonable. I will continue to use Ride Brooklyn on Bergen. In Park Slope for all my future repairs and new bike purchases
This is a nice bike shop, by and large. My recent experience was fine, but I think they overcharge. My prior experience was less than fine, their mechanic made an error which caused a piece of my chain guard to fall off, they refused to take any responsibility. $75 to change a flat, they reassembled the bike wrong and then said "so sad, too bad." Even with that, they are my best local choice so I go.
I rented bikes from 2 different spots whilst in NYC. The first was not great. The second was Ride Brooklyn. This place have great prices, the bikes are cared for and the people serve you with a smile on their face. These people live and breathe bikes. If you need a bike in NYC get it from these guys. Great bikes with helmets and locks. I'd recommend a lap of Prospect Park and then jam around Pier 2
I recently just bought my third bike from Ride Brooklyn. They usually have a great inventory and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This time around, I had purchased a size too big and they really worked with me to find a solution and I was grateful for that. It was easy to get ahold of them via phone and they are also receptive to texting. I would suggest trying them out if you haven’t.
Not a lot of shops out there with employees that don’t have some major attitude. The sales reps at Ride Brooklyn are super friendly and knowledgeable. One of the reps actually spent a lot of time helping me find some really obscure parts I needed to get my bike back on the road. They also carry my favorite bang for the buck bike brand Giant. Small shop but very well stocked…give them a shot!
I had another shop tell me I needed to replace almost everything on my bike and it was going to cost hundreds of dollars. I brought it here for a second opinion, and the mechanic was really helpful and transparent in identifying what actually needed fixing, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. It ended up costing half as much. Really great people and they did a fantastic job.
I've rented a bike and gotten shop work done on my bike from Ride BK and I really like this place. Somehow they are very fast and efficient but at the same time friendly and willing to share expertise at length. I'm always in and out super quickly and they have a great system to give shop status updates by text. I got lots of advice that was completely neutral and 0% salesy
Booked ahead for a tune up; they had it back to me right on schedule later the same day looking shiny as new and running like a dream. I especially want to thank Jordan, the tech who took in my bike, for taking the time to review the work order with me (and answer my questions, offer feedback, etc) before starting anything. I definitely appreciate having this shop nearby!
Had a really great experience getting my e-bike tuned up here at Ride Brooklyn (just the acoustic “bike” portion of the e-bike). They were good with respecting my time through their work order reservation system, and got the work done as promised. And the required replacement parts (chain and cassette) were discussed up front at drop-off, which I appreciated.
These guys were amazing. I went to two other bike shops who couldn't help me. The first misdiagnosed the problem. The second couldn't get the part i needed. RB sorted me out, they did the research, ordered the part and got my ride fixed. They texted me to let me know what was happening as we went on and I'm pretty bloody satisfied. Would totally recommend
Have been a customer of Ride Brooklyn since they first opened...and I'm a big fan. They've got great customer service, and an outstanding bunch handling services and repair. I just treated my Surly Cross Check to one of their deluxe tune-ups and put on a new set of tires, and it's riding like a dream. Best bike shop in Brooklyn - highly recommend!
Bikes were adequate though run down. Brakes screeched. Guy who set us up was not rude, but certainly not overly helpful. I think renting bikes probably is a side business, and not a top priority for this company. This area of Brooklyn is nice and Prospect Park is beautiful. The route to Coney Island is rough, though homes are nice.
Definitely the most comprehensive bike service I've ever experienced. Before I even left it for a tune-up, they took had a mechanic look it over so no one will be surprised. They sensed my issue immediately, one that my previous bike shop hadn't noticed in at least 2 years. It was fixed in 24 hrs. I'm very happy with Ride Brooklyn.
Wonderful shop. Great selection of bike lights, and was helped right away. The man with the glasses gave me info about which were battery operated and or USB rechargeable. I even explained that my bike chain had slipped off, and they put it back on because they’re so nice. Glad it wasn’t too busy when I stopped in today! Thanks!!
I'm EXTREMELY particular about my shops; They're taking care of my children, after all. One of the lead mechanics has been doing this forever and races road. The manager builds his own unique rides worthy of the Radavist. They are easy people to work with and they know their stuff. Also the prices are market, not marked up.
The team at Ride Brooklyn are the best, least sales-y bike shop folks ever. We spoke with Pete who recommended the perfect solution for my needs but was super chill. Didn’t press for a sale and alerted me to a manufacturers discount, to his own detriment. I really like the store and what they represent. Highly recommend.
Ride Brooklyn is one of the friendliest bike shops I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. They really occupy a sweet spot of being a cycling shop that has the expertise to cater to the most serious cyclist, and also the accessibility to make new cyclists feel comfortable. Highly recommend for all of your cycling needs!
Just had some work done to upgrade my Cannondale Road Bike. They changed out my old cassette and upgraded to an 11/36 cassette added a longer chain and added a new long chain derailleur. The workmanship and follow up has been great and the difference on hills is great. They are my go to shop and all the guys are great.
Great experience! Adam took time to answer my questions and prepared several great comparable options for me to test ride. I didn’t feel rushed at all and felt the staff were very knowledgeable. Excited to celebrate #newbikeday with a great sale and future tune ups at Ride Brooklyn! Oh, and my new bike is awesome.
It's great to have a local bike store that's so fully stocked. The staff is helpful and friendly, and it's always a pleasure to shop there. When I needed a part and didn't want to order it on line they ordered it and I was able to pick it up at the store at my convenience. Truly an aide to my biking enjoyment.
Ride Brooklyn is the best!! The person who helped me buy my new bike was super knowledgeable, let me test ride a bunch of great options, and was fun to talk to. Even on a busy day they make sure everyone gets good personal attention, and they also have great sales and great selection. Highly recommend :)
Great place. Employees are all helpful and prices are reasonable. I’ve used them mainly for tuneups on a variety of bikes from high end racing to hybrid clunker (and an Elliptigo stand up bike) and the bike mechanics are knowledgeable and do good work. Can recommend Ride Brooklyn with no reservations!
After a rough 2022 season with accompanied going down a couple of times, my bike needed a tune up badly to get things sorted back out. Ride Brooklyn more than lived up to my expectations and delivered my bike to me tuned, lubed, and looking like new!! Thanks again to the team at Ride Brooklyn!!
Ride Brooklyn is a lovely local shop with expert mechanics. I used to fix my own flat tires, but now I’ve come to rely on the expertise of Ride Brooklyn to not just swap tubes, but tell me why I got the flat in the first place and how to stop it from happening again. Much appreciation always.
Had the pleasure getting my TCR from here! Didn't know at the time but I was working with the owner and he was very patient taking me through on fit test ride resulting in a very comfortable fast bike. Definitely was not rushed into anything and the place was buzzing. Was a pleasure Peter!
They are LGBTQ friendly, but they aren’t black people friendly. Wanted to buy a bike lock, but had questions. I was completely ignored. Thought it was because he was assisting someone else, but imagine my surprise when someone walked in after me of a whiter hue and was acknowledged. …
I've been a customer since I decided to change my daily subway commute and started using a bike. I’ve always had good service and I like the friendly no attitude atmosphere inside the shop. I frequently stop by to borrow their bike pump, they are probably wondering why I don't have one.
I am glad I came across this shop. I was doing a bike project and got stuck with few parts. They were able to assist and fix the problem and didn’t overcharge. Absolutely recommend this bike shop for all your bike needs. They are professional, quick and courteous. Highly recommend.
Great local shop, have gone here twice now for tube and tire swaps, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Both times I was a walk-in and was able to get my bike serviced and back out the door in 20 minutes for a reasonable price with material + time, highly recommend if you're in BK.
Excellent neighborhood bike shop. Bought two bikes from them over the past 2 years and the knowledgeable and friendly staff + ease of support keeps me coming back for all bike needs. They are also always happy to consult and won't just try to sell you things you don't need.
Ride Brooklyn is always very helpful and knowledgeable. They’re also reasonably priced and fast to get to your repair. This bike shop isn’t in my neighborhood, but I go to them because I can trust I will have a great experience all around. I highly recommend Ride Brooklyn!
The Ride Brooklyn team is friendly and knowledgeable. I’m a repeat customer and they don’t disappoint with their services. Recently had an Axiom rack installed on my Giant Escape 3 for my work commute and the fit was perfect. Highly recommend a visit. Excellent service.
I spoke to the tech concerned about how much this repair would cost. He diagnosed and had a strategy to repair everything in a little over an hour. Now my 18spd glides and I have access to all my gears and for the most reasonable price. Ride Brooklyn gets all the love!
Ride Brooklyn is the only shop for me. Murray as well as the entire staff always share their professionalism and love for cycling with anyone that enters the shop. The service is always spot on and RB will assist in getting your needs met as expeditiously as possible.
Super helpful! Talked to 3 staff members at different stages of deciding which bike to get and they were all very helpful, practical and supportive and answered all my questions and I’m a person who asks a lot of questions. Super happy with my awesome new bike!!!
As a total newbie buying my first bike, the staff at Ride made me feel at ease. They were super knowledgeable and friendly, without being at all pushy. I found a great bike that was the perfect size for my shrimpy physique. Great shopping experience all around!
I have been a proud customer of Ride Brooklyn for over 10 years. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff have provided me and my family with all our biking gear, repairs and tons of great suggestions and recommendations over the years. We love these guys!!
Helpful staff sold me bikes for my three elementary-school-aged children. They could test ride bikes on the sidewalk out front. Ride assembled all three bikes, plus bells and kickstands, by end of day for pickup. Fair prices and knowledgeable staff.
This was my first time at Ride and I honestly never review but the work they did on my bike was so generous, affordable and caring. It’s riding so much better than it has after previous tuneups. Really worth it to work with them. Dylan was amazing!
Ride Brooklyn has been my favorite bike shop for over 10 years. From routine maintenance of my everyday commuter, to bike fits and repairs for a series of road bikes, the staff and wrenches there have always been speedy, communicative, and helpful.
So happy with this shop. I had some ideas to change my bike around and they really helped me craft a new feel for it. The parts came in, the mechanic did a great job refreshing the bike for me. I just picked it up and it is perfect! Great service!
Amazing team at Ride Brooklyn! Have bought two bikes from them and there service is top notch! Recently received a bike fitting with Alex and what a difference it has made with my riding. Highly recommend this local place! Thanks, Ride Brooklyn!
Everyone on the staff at Ride Brooklyn is wonderful. Not only do they always tune my bike so it feels like new, they were very kind when my bike got stranded with them while I was dealing with a family emergency. Great gear in the store too!
I bought my bike here and every time I come back they greet me well and are always quick to help me with any questions. The staff is always nice and friendly! I always come back because they know what they’re doing and do it well! Thanks RB!
wonderful experience! Quinton helped me pick out a great bike and answered all my questions. the test ride process was easy, the prices were reasonable, and everyone in the shop was kind. i highly recommend getting your next bike here!
Picked up a great ride for a great price! Staff was excellent, especially Adam who I dealt with mostly. They put together a bike for me to test ride without any hesitation and I anticipate going there for all my miking needs!
Came in last minute with a broken rim fifteeen minutes short of closing and Dan, Murray and co switched me out quickly while also teaching me a bit more about my bike which I appreciated. Would recommend Ride to anyone!
Thanks to Ride Brooklyn for helping me upgrading my bike. New wheels, saddle and stem. The guys are great!! Very informative and knowledgeable of all the products they sell. Stop by and check out the store and staff
Ride Brooklyn has great bikes, accessories and service....the total package when it comes to a bike shop. Just had a tune up, but these guys are my go to place for anything to do with my or my family's bike.
After the install of my new handlebars I am extremely excited to get out and ride. It’s almost like the new bike day feeling all over again. Thanks team at Ride Brooklyn you guys are the best !!
