I was just wondering to visit right angle, as the branded car spa nearby was pretty rush! And it was just an enquiry which worked!. So I'm writing the honest feedback which I experienced. I was pretty impressed with the quality car service they rendered added with transparency of the cost & post-service assurance/follow ups. Around 10:15 AM I took my car and gave it for a major service, as it was in need of good service and a fresh outlook. I explained in detail about my requirements, though the service operand appear experienced, he explained me well about the cost involved transparently. Also they have packages, which were catchy and worthy! Altogether, I saved regular 2-3K money and got the car really faster (my regular car spas earlier took 2-3 days for the same). I was pretty impressed with the call in the late evening, and was hoping to see dent in good shape. Thanks to those who made my car clear and good. Those who are in the vicinity of Whitefield have a look around and see the difference!

I got my car service done on 29th December 2022. I went for normal car service package. The service guys on checkup provided a list of things which needs to be repaired and replaced. Among them was brake pads and ball bearing. I insisted on using genuine maruti spare parts but without even telling me they quietly replaced with local parts. Also they charged exhorbitantly for the every parts. When I noticed and insisted on using genuine parts they said they would wrap up my car without any service and will charge service fees as well. The owner was extremely rude and started threatening me with abusive words. I didn't expect this kind of behaviour from such such big brand. I am never ever going back to this service station. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get service done from these guys.

I have given my Creta for clutch assembly replacement followed change of wiper blades, brake check and over all checkup. They ache replaced the clutch which is smoother and seems to be good however, they have billed me for wiper blades but they did not install the same since it was not in stock. I spoke to concerned person he said he will be doing it when I take my car. While giving for work the concerned person kept in touch over call and informed about what's required and what's not required. After Clutch assembly change I drove my car for 2 months but felt the clutch was a bit hard again so took it back they topped up the oil and checked seems to be ok for now but this should have been properly checked when I asked to change assembly.

I get my car serviced here regularly. One of the car service centre in Nallurahalli on Borewell road. The owner is a new person who has taken over the garage. Harikrishna who is part of the team there is the one who has helped me twice with service and regular checkup for my car. The good thing is he has a good experience working with Maruti cars and is able to find the right problem and the solution. One good thing is before replacement of a part he would suggest repair and only then if it doesn't work he will go for a replacement. Also the mechanics are very good there. Service, Water wash, Wheel alignment and balancing is also done here. Thanks Right angle for taking care of my car.

Right angle => The name itself defines their work and quality. I came to know about them Via Gomechanic only. I have just gave my car for dent removal and painting in boot. They did a excellent job. Right Angle is very good service garage for All cars but if you go through GoMechanic-GoMechanic people will cheat you like anything, they will give quotation with double price of actual showroom cost, if you ask MRP or any proof they will not show/share. If you agree their price though you will get cheapest quality products. Labor cost you can not believe. Be careful with gomechanic executives those zero car knowledge people

Somehow I had weird experience at this GoMechanic workshop. I booked my car for comprehensive service but I regret my decision since they broke my A/C even no tyre rotation done no wiper replacement done!! I never expected this sort of poor unprofessional service from GoMechanic partner! Might ask to rethink before booking via GoMechanic to this workshop!!

Good service quality and reasonable prices. Harikrishna and his staff are courteous and provide a good service. They checked the issues and did a good job overall. I initially had a car wash, in the interaction they had explained me the service package. Got my car serviced afterwards, seeing their customer care and good response. Satisfied and reccommend.

I have a Chevy Beat and as the service centre is now limited , I chose RightAngle service center Nallurahalli. I must say , the service and behavior is very good. Karthik is very amiable person and managed everything from pick up to delivery to update anything about service. It was very timely and satisfied.

Very poor service standards, unprofessionals, screwed my vehicle ,they didn't give car back on time ,nor did repairs what was told ,inflated bills exponentially and destroyed my cars shock absorber,and took the trial accepted the fault and gone silent,not accepting calls nor repairing...be careful

Have been visiting Right angle Car service for last 1.5 years, have done 3 services here and the service is good. Srinivas, one of the co owner is pretty honest with his assessment of the cars for repairs. No push for unnecessary parts change. Only suggests necessary replacements.

Our go to service station for 6 monthly service of Honda city, they are extremely professional. Inform you about additional charges that will be incurred while doing the repairs. We got the denting painting done from them once which was up to the mark. Would highly recommend!!

Got my car inspected by them for some brake issues and Kartik attended to me and explained in detail the alternatives for the same was thoroughly impressed by their promptness, , on attending to the rectification wud recommend this car repair centre on all accounts

Good service last year, This year, they have changed for worse. The cleaning is not proper, even telling multiple times the go mechanic guy kept denying that its not done properly. Left water marks over the car after washing and saying that these marks wont go.

The center was very deligent and helpful. They exactly found issues and solves them without making me explain too much. They were also kind enough to fix an item free of cost as good will… Also mr Arin from Go mechanic was constantly in touch and explain issue.

5 Star for Right Angle Automotive and good service done by Deepak (Mechanic) 1 Star is for GoMechanic. Don't go through GoMechanic. They change their quote in a matter of minutes. Go directly to the repair Garage and you'll get better service + rate.

Got the general servicing and denting works done from the workshop. The first look after denting work looks really great. Servicing standards are also pretty good. The staff has promised to attend and resolve follow up issues post servicing (if any).

I gave my car for the wheel rotation and aligned. Only one pair of the wheel rotated before the inspection and later pointing this another pair of the wheel was rotated. When I get the bill. To my surprise the alignment charge was also included.

Done AC service here through Gomechanic, They didn't fill the AC refrigerant and billed that they topped up. Within 2 months again my AC was not working. I tried calling them several times, but no response. Please be careful with this workshop.

I did service of my i20 last weekend and i m quite satisfied . Srinivas n his staff are very polite n listen the problems patiently and more interestingly they suggested my rightly. No unnecessary charges. Stick to the estimate . Keep it up.

I had my car 'Renault Kwid' service done here. I am quite happy with the service. Both Hari Krishna and Srinivas are doing great job in explaining the issues spotted in the car and then offering the fix at reasonable rates.

Best suited workshop for car services in the Whitefield. Timely updates, professional staffs. And has access to customer lounge where you can be seated without worrying, as the professionals will take care of the rest.

My clutch plate became to tight after the service. It was working fine before. This is complete mismanagement or hidden interest from right angle. I won't suggest to give any business to this cunning people's
