Jacob has completed urgent repair work at our retail store @ Flinders Shed (unblocking our toilet after hours) which led to discussions about installing handmade copper clothes racks. We then completed a new fit out and engaged him to build and install the handmade copper racks. The store looks fantastic and whilst this may not be his typical work as a plumber he was more than happy to do it and we get daily comments on the unique and stunning racking system! He worked diligently and after hours. Highly recommend. Will engage to do bathroom renovation soon.

I rang Riodan plumbing and spoke to Jacob explaining my house was to be settled in three days and I had a major leak Jacob came around 4.50 pm and inspected the leak said it may need a new hot water as the solar was very old and had a major leak Jacob communicated every step gave me alternatives and quotes and fixed a new hot water service in time for the new owners Jacob was always a professional courteous and knew his job

Jacob did a fantastic job putting in an aggie drain and installing a sump pump to prevent water from seeping underneath my home. He communicated with me through the whole process, turned up early on the commencement date and gave me a clear understanding of the costs involved before he began. He was very professional in his approach, did a great job cleaning up after he finished, and I am very pleased with the job he did.
