We heard about Rising Sun Koi a little late in the game. I wish we knew what we know now and had only ever bought fish from here. The difference in behavior and growth from their koi to the ones we bought elsewhere is night and day. So healthy and relaxed. I wish everyone treated their fish with such respect. Will be in again soon to fill out our pond! This is the only place around we trust to get fish from now. Also, every fish was beautiful which probably has to do with their excellent care!

I'm not sure where the main picture came from but the map led me to the back entrance which was a dilapidated place with lots of broken equipment lying around and when I reluctantly made my way to the door, a stern Asian man greeted me with what seemed like a "stay back" posture. He didn't seem very interested in showing me what was inside or helping me. He asked a few questions and seemed to want me to go away if I wasn't there to buy something very specific.

Went there with only a vague idea on how to build my new pump setup. Left with a concrete plan. Purchased all the necessary materials. Owner was very knowledgeable and patient. We drew schematics and took pictures of the setup he had built himself. The store is a bit unorthodox, but he knows where his stuff is located. If you speak Vietnamese, you're golden!

We stopped by today hoping for advise with designing, building and setting up our Koi pond. The owner spent a lot of time discussing measurements and was extremely nice and super helpful. He gave us insight on what we would need and pointed out some really good things to keep in mind when designing a pond. We will be back for sure.

The owner is very knowledgeable in pond construction and willing to share his knowledge. Don't try to compare his prices with the internet prices because that's not a fair comparison, but his prices are very competitive with local stores and he got almost everything you need to building ponds.

Bought my fish here as babies and they are now huge and beautiful. They stock some pond equipment and a few replacement parts, including Laguna brand. Same owner for many years, and while communication can be strained, he is very nice and helpful.

Very good selection of fish made for a great mother's day present. Will be back to buy more of the fancy koi fish for a fish tank. The quality/color of some of these fish is indescribable you need to go and check this place out.

The owner has been very helpful in making very good decisions about building our pond. He was even open on Labor Day for a little while, which helped us out. We are appreciative that the store is so knowledgeable and willing.

Nice owner. Usually has lots of Koi and plants. Disappointed NO koi for sale waiting on a shipment Friday( this was Saturday ) NO plants for sale as he didn't bring them in for winter last year …

We recently bought 3 koi for our pond here. $45 a piece, very healthy and active fish sold here from very friendly and helpful man. Just a little tip, you enter in the rear at this location.

Very good experience. I only bought floating pond plants. Very good price. He was friendly and had all sizes of Koi. From about 2 inches to roughly 16 inches. Right off of 205 on Foster rd.

Very unique experience. The patron is helpful - koi are beautiful. I purchased floating plants for my pond. Very pleased! Not what it looks like from the street, go to the back and walk in.

Very basic, but also very knowledgeable. Nothing fancy about the place, but they have just about anything you might need. Good fish selection, size and prices.
