Your standard small supermarket really. Nowhere near as nice as the modern IGA stores but I imagine this store will get renovated eventually as it's starting to feel a bit dank. Staff are always friendly and I usually can find everything I need without a hassle. Slightly more expensive than Coles and Woolies I find.

The products looks a bit scattered around the store. When you checkout there is so many products surrounded around you, even if you want customers to buy more, it would be better to reduce some products there as it is like bombarded by a lot of stuff.

Service is pretty ordinary. Only ever has the 12 items or less registers open so it's always awkward and slow when you have to take a trolley though and they open up another register.

The meat department is not very good. Staff are friendly however and prices are often better, sometimes they are a little overpriced but put locals forward more than other companies.
