She gave me a valuation some months ago and it was comprehensive, well written, well referenced and up-to-date which is why I asked her to sell my mother's house. When it came time to sell, I was laid up due to cancellation of my total knee replacement surgery six times this year. My plan had been to be rehabbed and well and truly mobile, but 2020 has not been a normal year at all. The house is on the Hawkesbury with no road access and I wasn't able to get there. Caelia managed everything for me. She connected me with the pest and building report guy, the plumber for installing a new water pump (this was a deceased estate and I am the executor). She introduced the guy to quote for clearing up the overgrowth and getting tons of branches and leaves downriver on a barge and trucked to the tip ...and a whole host of other services needed to get this house to market. The video and the copy were brilliant (and honest). Caelia impressed me mostly with her integrity and openness. She managed to represent both my interests and those of the buyer beautifully and transparently at all times. She always maintained her equanimity and good humour (which I found miraculous). Because of my current knee status (totally shot) everything was done online. I have a conveyancer who handled everything online including my ID which was done by a person who came to me...and we had an online auction which was a very smooth process. Caelia is really due some sort of industry award in recognition of the fantastic service she provides, which is the best available. I am confident that it would be impossible to find a real estate agent who provided better service, always gracious, competent and with unflappable good humour. Truly one-in-a-million and totally impeccably professional at all times. For both the buyer AND the seller. That is rare!

Buying any house anywhere can be quite daunting, but buying a water access only riverfront property on the Hawkesbury river takes the cake. Enter Caelia Collins, who lives and breathes the area and from our initial meeting I knew she honestly had my best interests at heart. Regardless of the fact that she was heavily pregnant at the time nothing was a drama, as the process unfolded I was able to meet her new son Ziggy along the way, all the while she continued to give feedback, was a driving force ensuring the process kept moving forwards and has since given me sound advice on many things unique to the area, hooking me up with local services and the like. I wished I'd had the same awesome experience with Riverfront Real-estate that everyone else has. Unfortunately when Riverfront purchased Hawkesbury River Real-estate (from Jeff in June 2020) Riverfront didn't pass on the new emergency repair contact details to my existing tenants. So when a flexi house burst 4 months later I was left with a $1000 callout fee to isolate a tap. Thankfully though I was advised this was due to me not signing the new agreement with Riverfront (I truly feel better knowing this). I'm still trying to understand how you happily take rental commission for 5 months for my property but don't provide my tenants with vital information needed for an emergency repairs???. That doesn't sound like sensible judgement or good customer service to me. I wont be advocating Riverfront Real-estate anytime soon.

Great Communication Buying a house in the age of Covid can be quite a different and sometimes difficult experience.
