We hired Riverside to supply flowers for our wedding. We went in with a minimalist vision, Sofia made some recommendations, and although at first we were unsure, we are so glad we followed her lead. I've attached a few photos of their work, but pay attention to the head table and to the guest tables. We originally wanted a single rose for guests, and greenery and a rose on the head table. Sofia suggested 3 roses per guest table, which, as seen, really completes the look. She also cautioned us not to make the head table busy with too many things. We rented vases from them, which made everything easy for us. They delivered flowers to our hall, and we had our best man pick up the bouquets, boutonnieres & and corsages, which were in comprehensive and organized packaging. They even accommodated us and had a boutonniere ready the day before so we could visit a family member at the cemetery and place one on their grave. All of the flowers were in fantastic condition and looked amazing. We couldn't be happier with their service. I've personally been here a few times and am looking forward to continuing to provide riverside with our business.

Riverside Flower Shop absolutely blew my expectations! I've been passing by this flower shop over the past couple of years whenever I'm in the neighborhood and have always thought it was pretty and quaint. Recently, however, I had ordered a bouquet online for my partner who was celebrating a career milestone, and needed prompt service and delivery. I placed my request on their website which is very easy to navigate and quite detailed. After filling out the required fields and sending my request over - again, needing a 24-hour turnaround - an associate called me and sent me a text message within half an hour to hash out details of the occasion, delivery location, and payment information. The associate was very helpful in setting up the final details. My order arrived right on time and my partner was blown away by the arrangement the florist had set up. And for the price, I was blown away myself! My partner mentioned that it was the most beautiful bouquet she has received ever. I will be a repeat customer moving forward for any occasion! We were so thrilled with the design and service from Riverside Flower Shop for our September wedding. Sophia was very communicative and organized throughout the process, and helped shape my requests into a beautifully presented vision. We wanted yellow and white florals with green accents and some specific flowers, and Sophia guided us to the right choices given our budget and the season. We trusted Sophia's expertise and we couldn't be happier. My bridal bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, centerpieces, and two altar pieces were all gorgeous. The setup was perfect, and Sophia helped us to change the floral displays from the ceremony to the reception. Everything flowed really well thanks to her communication and recommendations, such as using single stemmed white roses for the head table to complement our tall candles. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

I did an order a day before my mom's birthday. I was doing a favour for my aunt, who lives in Sydney, AUS, who wanted to surprise my mom with flowers but due to timezone differences, she couldn't submit the order on time. Sophia was really helpful and patient with my last-minute order. It was my first time ordering with the shop, but she was very communicative, even checking in with me after dropping off the flowers at my mom's. Sophia's help really made the process easier for me, especially since I was the middle man between my aunt and the flower shop! Thanks Sophia! Riverside Flower Shop did an incredible job on the florals for our July wedding! Leading up to the wedding, Sophia was super fun and easy to work with - she was very responsive, helped us choose options to stick within our budget, and was totally flexible even as we changed our mind on some decisions. Day-of, they absolutely nailed it with the florals - I particularly loved my bridal bouquet and the ceremony arch was straight out of my Pinterest-dreams! I appreciated that their team was able to deliver / set everything up for us at the venue, so I didn’t need to worry about anything day-of - we just got to walk into an elegantly decorated venue! Discovered this gem of a store when I was looking for flowers for my moms bday. I walked in, the owner was so polite and I asked him to create a bouquet for me. He asked me my budget and colour palette when J I let him decide because he’s the artist. He whipped together a stunning bouquet in 5 minutes. My mother loved them. They were unique and beautiful. I had a birthday the next day so I decided to go back and get another bouquet, same experience. They have an eye for colour and their creations are one of a kind. I’ve decided I will be a forever customer, and this will be my go to flower shop from now on. The flowers were fresh, and not fully bloomed yet so I know the bouquets will last. Last Sunday was our wedding day and we had fall colors in the summer as our pallete. Riverside did an amazing job with the floral arrangements. So many people commented how gorgeous each flower compliment one another. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars because it was beyond our expectations. Communication and customer service excellent. Did not feel in anyway second guessing the job being done. We told Sophia the colour pallete and let her do the magic. She worked with our budget and I'm happy to have worked with her to include her floral vision into our big day. Highly recommend for weddings or just stopping by for a lovely arrangement to treat yourself.

We have been customers at Riverside since 2020, so we were very excited to have them as our florists for our wedding! Sophia and Colin made our floral dreams come to life. We wanted a colourful palette and wild form, they did such an amazing job of balancing both to achieve a beautiful table scape of large centre pieces and bud vases. They helped us pick the appropriate flowers for our October wedding and were very knowledgeable as to what would be available. They gave suggestions and alternatives to suit our wants and needs. This is the best florist in all of Toronto. Sophia and Colin go above and beyond to make every occasion so special. I live in the UK now but reach out to Riverside anytime I need to send flowers to friends because they make it so easy to order flowers. They even helped pick up champagne to go along with a friend’s engagement bouquet! The flower arrangements are always the most beautiful and all of my friends on the receiving end always say that they are the most beautiful flowers they’ve ever received. And they last long too! Riverside Flower Shop provided the florals for my wedding and did an absolutely AMAZING job - they completely blew us away and the centrepeices, ceremony arrangements, bridal party bouquets, and head table arrangements were just stunning. Living in the neighbourhood, we have passed the shop many times and decided to check it out. The customer service was terrible. The person in-store was cold and unhelpful. We had to rearrange the bouquet ourselves because they provided no assistance. It almost felt like our presence in the shop was a burden. It's a shame because the store looks cute and the flowers are lovely. However, I would rather support another business that makes their clients feel appreciated and not like a bother.

Riverside Flower Shop is the best flower shop in Toronto, hands down! They created Art Deco-Rainbow-Magic for our wedding day. The flowers were so beautiful, and made the day so special. I live in Montréal, I ordered flowers for my boyfriend this valentines. They were customized and they were exactly like I wanted. They delivered it on promised time. They do have plethora of variety for fresh flowers, to mention roses were quite big and they were fresh. The price was worth it .
