My mother ordered me flowers for my birthday. Never have I seen such a low effort and low quality flower arrangement. Although my mother chose "Designer's Choice - Bright and Cheery", she did not anticipate that the "Designer's Choice" would be such a BAD choice, in an arrangement that was entirely comprised of clashing yellow tones that could barely rival a grocery store flower arrangement. I think that because my mother was in contact with Wild North over the phone during the ordering process, they could tell that she was not tech-savvy enough to know how specific she would have to be with her design notes. Wild North took advantage of this because they just collected all the sad yellow flowers (they told me they have a lot hanging around for Easter), to create this quickly-wilting monstrosity. My arrangement does not look anything like the ones on Wild North's website or Instagram, instead it is shockingly awful. Wild North also charged my mother extra because they swapped my address for hers. I am so disappointed that my mother's money was wasted and that she was a victim of false advertising. They made no attempt to rectify the situation. I would not recommend them to anyone. Edit: what a coincidence that a positive review comes in mere hours after mine (after weeks of no reviews).

I worked with Wild North Flowers for my November 5th wedding and started to communicate with them in August. The team was incredibly responsive and patient with me as I asked a million different questions. The flowers were absolutely stunning and more than I could have even dreamed of. The Wild north team absolutely nailed the colour palette and I am overjoyed with how they looked. Somehow with my really crude floor plans and table design drawing the team was able to perfectly capture the simple but elegant aesthetic that we were trying to achieve. Walking into the ceremony space for the first time left me speechless as their setup was perfect. The colours were warm and inviting, invoking all of the memories and associations with Autumn that we were hoping to capture. Most of the flowers were spread throughout our home after the wedding and they looked beautiful for at least a week after, considering I didn't do anything to really care for the larger arrangements this was especially impressive. Our wedding day was perfect and a large part of that was due to this team. If you're looking for flowers for a special occasion I cannot recommend the Wild North team enough.

I happened to win their Free Flower Friday giveaway. I told them about my dear mom, and they seem to be inspired by her story! When I got an email from Catherine, she’s a kind and very positive lady, I was surprised! We had a small conversation over emails, but I can tell that she does her job with love, and she cares about everyone who're interested in Wild North Flowers. We got the arrangement today. Flowers are fresh, and they smell so good. My mom was so happy. And she was very touched that other people heard her story. Also, she asked me to thank you all. Thank you for being so lovely, and thank you for thinking about this giveaway and hearing people’s loved ones from their perspective. From now on if I ever need to get flowers, I'll definitely buy them from Wild North Flowers! Also, there might be some people who think they send the leftover flowers to the winner of the giveaway. And you're mistaken. These flowers are the freshest ones I’ve ever seen.

I previously gave this place a 5 star review (first time ordering May 2020 for Mother's Day). I had gotten the Peachy Twist and was very happy with it and so was my mom! However I have to provide an update since the last two orders were not satisfactory. It is yet again Mother's Day. I ordered the "Neptune" this year and just didn't like the colors of what was available. That's just my own personal preference. BUT, I'm giving two stars because the flowers are already wilting really badly after just two days. Very, very disappointing... considering flowers ain't cheap. My mom also expressed concern and dissatisfaction since she remembered her last year's flowers lasted at least 8 days. Not cool. I also received flowers from my partner as an anniversary gift last summer and those flowers started to wilt after 2-3 days as well. (I was too lazy to review but after a second time, is clear the flowers were just too ripe already... Really, really fortunate.

I live in California but I send flowers to my mother in law, family members and friends in Toronto (my husband and family are originally from Toronto). I am so glad I found Wild North Flowers. They do such an amazing job every time. I have ordered for birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas and a funeral. I love that they send me a photo of what they delivered. This is my most recent delivery. I have also ordered gifts (the candles and succulents) and the recipients loved it! They were very accommodating when I had to change the delivery date even though it was around Christmas time, and their communication was awesome. They emailed me back right away. I can't recommend them enough! I have to update my review with how amazing they are again! I just ordered something and my recipient ended up going out of town and we had to rearrange everything. Monica was so helpful with the whole thing! I will never go to another florist in Toronto.

The WNF team completely took my breath away! The magic you all created for my wedding day with floral sculptures, beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages, and romantic candlelight… wow. I was absolutely speechless by the beauty of the peonies, ranunculus, roses, and all the gorgeous, romantic greenery! It was better than I even imagined! We also heard from our friends and family that the team spent hours adding the most gorgeous flowers to the arbour my dad made for our ceremony, and unfortunately because of the never-ending rain, we couldn’t get married outside. No one would ever know the set-up indoors was Plan B because the floral arrangements were so gorgeous and magical, it was better than I could have dreamed. We were blown away by the beauty of each arrangement and how many gorgeous flowers surrounded us throughout the day! Thank you so much to the entire WNF team for all of your incredible work!!

I placed an order for my mom's birthday. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and are premium quality. Ontario grown is amazing! They followed my design notes about colour and certain must-have varieties and it arrived within the delivery timeframe. My mom loved the flowers. The only issue was that the vase arrived slightly cracked and water was spilling out. I let WNF know about the situation with a photo and they graciously offered to replace/refund the order. I was sent a replacement the following day and the flowers and arrangement were equally breathtaking. It really made my mom's day. The driver/delivery person also made sure there was no issue this time before leaving. Wild North Flowers customer service is top notch. The staff truly represent their business and they are wonderful. I definitely recommend Wild North Flowers and would order from them again❤️

Wild North Flowers ensured I had the wedding of my dreams. I’m a huge flower fan and when it came time to selecting a florist for my wedding, I looked no further than Wild North. Jenn and the Wild North team listened to my ever wish and whim and made it all come together in a way that is more magician than I can describe. The team is exceptionally talented and beyond professional, not to mention they know how to keep their cool, even when working at scale. They make everything look effortless, even though everything they do takes hours of hard work and dedicated care. I also love that they use locally grown flowers, promoting sustainable growing practices which are better for the environment and Canada’s economy. I only have love for Wild North Flowers.

I have gifted and been gifted flowers from Wild North multiple times and am always been impressed with the beauty of the arrangements and the quality of the individual flowers (always fresh). The arrangements are a delight - the way the WN team plays with shape, form, colour, and textures gives each arrangement a distinctive but classic WN touch. Delivery has always been smooth as well and the flowers arrive in great condition. While the cost of their bouquets is a little more expensive, I do find it worth the money because whether you're sending the flowers to yourself or to a loved one, the flowers really do make the recipient feel treasured.

I have ordered a few bouquets and plant deliveries from Wild North Flowers over the past year - all were gifts for special occasions. Each time, the service was friendly and prompt - if I ordered only the day before, it would surely arrive at the time and place I requested without issue or complaint. And not only did it get to its destination despite my short notice, but the bouquets/plants were beautiful and the recipients loved them. What I love most about Wild North Flowers arrangements is the variety of textures they include in their flowers. They also have great add ons like soy candles. It's all so good I want to gift myself !

I received an arrangement from Wild North Flowers and am beyond disappointed with the quality. After two days with the arrangement (Premium Seasonal Budvase Trio), several flowers have already wilted/died and one has started to drop petals like crazy. At a whooping $200 price point, I would have expected fresher, longer lasting florals. But alas, I am already throwing flowers out. What a waste! I will not be a paying client of this store...there are other more affordable shops with better quality flowers. Edit: star rating has been increased after prompt attention from the shop and excellent customer.

A late review for a great service. I have ordered from Wild North Flowers a number of times over the last 2 to 3 years. They really go the extra mile - adjusting subscription delivery dates to accommodate birthdays and special occasions, checking in when I have made errors on delivery dates. Last Christmas I ordered the Christmas arrangement for my mother who is living with dementia. It was absolutely beautiful! So much thought and care from everyone at Wild North Flowers - and my mother got so much pleasure from the lovely colours and flowers.

I received the vase arrangement from them from my sister (who ordered online from abroad) for my birthday and can easily say that it’s one of the prettiest flowers I’ve ever received in my life! The vase, the fresh flowers , the arrangement ,the scent , the packaging were nothing short of perfection! Definitely one I’ll remember for a very long time! I ordered a sympathy arrangement this past weekend and could not be more impressed with Wild North Flowers! I normally avoid ordering online but the photos were beautiful and prices reasonable so I had to try. I thought it might be too good to be true and a tiny arrangement would show up but actually they exceeded my expectations with both the size and quality of the arrangement. I also love that they source locally grown flowers, will definitely use them again!

I live in Denver and wanted to send flowers to a friend in Toronto, so I searched specifically for a local florist. Easy to order and they were exactly what I wanted. I especially like that they sent me a photo of the arrangement along with my delivery confirmation — see attached — (and even told me what types of flowers were used). When you order flowers online you never REALLY know what you're going to get, so I was very pleased to get the photo!

Wild north accommodated my last minute request without any hassle. My husband and I requested for a wedding bouquet and boutonniere couple of days before we needed them, and while north was able to deliver a beautiful set. What we loved about the boutonniere was that It came with magnets, making the application on the day of very easy. I was beyond satisfied, and the flowers were one of the most beautiful things about our wedding photo shoot.

Their service is really efficient and courteous. They are also very attentive to our requests. They take the time to write to us and send us photos before delivery, which makes their customer service very personal and attentive to customer needs. I ordered an arrangement for my partner's parents to celebrate the Lunar New Year. The arrangement was beautiful! They loved it and how vibrant all the flowers were. Even though they were classic colour pallets, our guests all commented on how unique and beautiful the arrangements were.
