I am so impressed with the service I received from Robcousens Outdoor Furniture. Given the store front is closed at the moment, I had lots of questions before I made my online purchase of an outdoor setting. Rob responded to my questions quickly and gave me brilliant advice about which setting would be appropriate for my needs. I placed my order, made payment and two days later the delivery driver was at my door. I couldn't believe I received it so quickly and it was exactly what I wanted. The outdoor setting is just beautiful and fits perfectly in the space I had. I would not hesitate to recommend Robcousens Outdoor Furniture.

We have bought indoor dining furniture and outside dining furniture over a number of years from Rob Cousens. It is all top quality and well priced. Our latest outdoor dining table was precision engineered and fitted together in 15 minutes with one person and one Allen key. Try that one with another well known 4 letter superstore!! Customer service is second to none, easy going and friendly but spot on with items on order and delivery. Always check them out if purchasing from any of the main superstore brand names, you might be very surprised for quality and price, especially when they have a sale.

I had 4 of my cushion from our outdoor setting blow off the balcony and are now lost. I went into store to purchase replacements. Was rudely told they don’t sell the cushions on their own and that he cant order any or have any made. Even though the show room furniture all have these exact same cushions. I wouldn’t of paid over 3k for an outdoor setting if i knew they couldn’t provide replacement cushions. Now i have a huge corner setting missing half its cushions:) Replying to your response: You never recommended any upholster to me, if you had I would have contacted them and not made this review.

This place is the best. Such high quality furniture and amazing service. One time I really needed to get some new Teak Oil for my table on the only nice day to do it for weeks - and whilst they were closed for the weekend in lockdown click-and-collect - a lovely gentleman emailed me, offered to meet me at the store, just to open for 2 minutes to help me collect my oil so I didn't lose the perfect day to do it. I changed my order and bought TWO just to make a point of it! :-) Thanks robcousens Outdoor Furniture!

I was disappointed with the lack of service from the overworked Rob Cousens. I purchased a 3 piece garden setting less than 3 months ago. I was assured that it would not rust which was the main reason I purchased it. Yesterday I found rust on the chairs. The Warranty card said that setting was ‘Rust Free’ I was told that 1. The person who sold it to me did NOT say that 2. The Warranty label which in the packing,, incorrect. 3. Go and buy a rust proof spray.

Literally just walked into this shop to look at a particular table I am wanting to buy, the salesman stared at us and walked away. Didn’t offer any help or even say hello despite me politely saying hey how are you going when walking in. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere as the customer service was absolutely rubbish here.

Our outdoor furniture we purchased fell apart after just 4 years. We approached the store however were told it was our bad luck, and they were unwilling to help in any way. The furniture was expensive, and should have lasted for many more years. Their care factor was zero. Poor quality furniture, and very poor after sales service.

Absolutely Awesome. I ordered some outdoor cushions and they were sent the same day and arrived in Tasmania 3 working days later during the Christmas rush and the quality was great. 10/10 in my books. And a big thanks to the friendly helpful staff for making sure they got here before Christmas. Keep up the good work.

I think it's expensive and the sales were only 30% off which is typical prices. I.e. who pays full price for anything anymore, they are so high you have to wait for a sale. Seat covers for outdoor settings cost a fortune and they were excluded from sale. Not happy about that. Good range fair quality, but pricey.

We have purchased from here a few times and have been happy with the products. We had an item that needed repairing which was picked up and returned promptly on request in time for guests at the weekend. Thank you Rob Cousins for making this happen, appreciate the prompt service!

Got an outdoor setting from these guys a couple of months ago. Still extremely happy with it and the guys here helped out so much the other day when I called up about getting a couple of bar stools. They also do a really good coffee here( yes, they have a cafe)

If you are seriously looking for an outdoor setting.... then this is the place to visit. No rubbish.... also there decking stains are a German product... a gr8 mate of mine used this product on his new deck. Sound advice
