Quite a shonky place and we strongly advise caution when shopping. We PAID INFULL for a park bench and clearly stated the date when we would return to pickup the bench. When we returned on the date given, we were told that OUR park bench had been resold and they didn’t have another of the same style but could pick another style. As this was to be Christmas present we are extra disappointed but we are stunned at the unethical practise of this business when they bank on us choosing another style because another customer wanted ours. I’d suggest securing your outdoor furniture at home because when they’re low on stock they may come back at take your furniture off your deck.

Absolutely wonderful service from Emma. I was unable to attend the store in person but Emma made it so easy to make a purchase over the phone. She sent photos of each setting I was interested in so I could see how they looked and what configuration would look best. Had the setting delivered within one week and it is a quality setting. I had purchased another teak setting from a different company a month prior which was absolutely disgraceful and returned it immediately. I wish I went with these guys in the first place - superior workmanship and absolutely no regrets with this purchase. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for teak furniture.

Even though there were unavoidable problems with the delivery date of my order because of my specific desire to order something that was not in stock and needed to be made from scratch, Robbie looked after me very well both with price and delivery. I am very happy with the table, chairs and bench seat that arrived a week ago. I am tempted to buy more furniture from the teak place and certainly would put in another order with the Teak Place in the future. Thanks, I love my furniture !!

I have only great things to say about The Teak Place. Not only does it have gorgeous furniture, its very well priced. I live in Sydney and over the past 3 years have gotten all my outdoor furniture including table, sun loungers, cushions, etc. from here. Even after shipping its still more cost effective! But the best part is the service. Robbie is a delight to deal with and just makes things happen without drama. Love this place and will continue to shop here.

Looking for Adirondack chair cushion. 2 types waterproof $300 or cotton $100. Surplus stock of both of them in store. Unfortunately would not sell me cotton version despite there surplus stock collecting dust on shelf. Thats okay I have just purchased chair cushion waterproof online for $139 made in Australia and my choice of fabric. Disappointing given that I found them online and the product was displayed and shown on line.

Visited The Teak Place looking for outdoor furniture for our tennis court and were very impressed with the helpful and friendly service. We’re so pleased with our two bench seats and Adirondack chairs - they were delivered quickly and in perfect condition. We would definitely recommend The Teak Place to friends!

The Teak Place has excellent furniture. They have A grade furniture and a lower grade which is appropriately discounted. Customer facing staff are excellent. Customer deliveries are outsourced and extremely expensive, $100 for a teak bench to be delivered from the store to our house at Rye (11 km) is a rip off.

Absolutely fantastic furniture. We are really happy with the quality and price of the furniture we got from the teak place. Its so much better and more reasonably priced than anything we could get in Canberra. Staff helped us organise friendly transport who helped get the stuff to our door. 5 Stars

We absolutely love our 6-8 modern table with the two benches. We also got the Tokyo armchairs that give us lots of flexibility, are super comfy and a really good weight. Emma and the team we’re so helpful and we couldn’t recommend The Teak Place more highly!
