Their attention to detail and prompt communication were outstanding. They consistently kept me updated about the status of my application and their proactive approach ensured that all required documents along with my application was submitted. This process ensured both parties were fully satisfied about renting the property, and most importantly safety in all aspects guaranteed. Stress-free and efficient buying experience; thoroughly professional I am a buyer but Louie has made my buying experience painless, hassle-free and surprisingly stress-free. There was no pressure or push of any kind to make a decision - but a straight-forward tell-it-as-is facts in a polite way. Very dodgy real estate agent. Dont rent any property from them or give them a chance to look after your property. They never respond emails. I emailed them to terminate my lease but they didnt know until I returned key. They lodged to claim my bond without my agreement or sending me an outcome final inspection report. If You want to fix or repair something, they wont answer your requests. You have to go hard so they will do. Frank, George, reception they are all helpless.
