I called because I could hear water dripping and needed diagnosis. Getting an appointment was easy and Ben and Kriss came on time. Ben quickly determined that one problem was my very old hot water heater and also checked inside the wall in the area where I could hear the water dripping. It turned out that the water heater was the entire problem. They replaced it that day and were neat and efficient. Highly recommend them.

Kriss provided such excellent service. We couldn't ask for anything better. He was professional and knowledgeable yet did not hold back on sharing that knowledge as he clearly and precisely explained what the problem was and what needed to be done. He even provided a plan of action in case the issue recurs. Thank you very much!

Kriss was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed 4 leaks that were causing damage around our sink. New faucet & pop-up assembly, and fixed a weird trap set-up the last owner did. And he got it done same day! On a Friday! Heroic stuff.
