Amazon has told us that the store will pack and return the item and we took the item and showed it to the sales assistant who was an old guy , also showed him the message but instead he refused and insulted us , its ok for us to package the item and we were glad to do so but amazon has instructed us that the store has agreed to do it..so i dont understand why they refused..if you dont want to do it just dont take what you are not comfortable to do so.

I am a local customer and have been attending this post office for over 12 years. I am happy to say that I have never had any issues with the employees, they have been very helpful and very supportive to me, they are always willing to help and always have clear communication and understanding of what is needed. Yes sometimes it can get busy and have an affect on others but I think maybe it’s just because of the size of the establishment.

Unhelpful and incompetent but friendly enough though with an attitude. Tried to pick up a parcel and they insisted on a code that was actually not required and did not exist. But would not check and found out the info that is readily on their screen. Had to go back a few times and a number of phone calls to resolve. All in all frustrated to deal with, but unfortunately an evil that is unavoidable.

There is a v nice older man at the post office who is professional and always friendly. However, the younger ones are often talking very loudly about personal stuff and slowing each other down. Their conversation topics feel a bit inappropriate for a professional environment. Also, sometimes unexpectedly closed!

Really helpful and kind staff. Queues may occasionally be long, but they work rather quickly and also go through everyone even after closing time. This post offers a wide range of services, like ID verification, unlike many bigger branches. Recommended

Nice little post office - always had good experiences here. But best to avoid lunchtimes and other busy times as the queue gets pretty long. Small selection of posty things like stamps, envelopes, tape, etc. Just on Roman Road near the A12 end

Generally good service until they asked me for ID when collecting my wife’s package, even though I had the collection card and her requisite ID. This isn’t policy, so I can only conclude that the staff were being selective based on appearance.

Very good post office. Im there every day sending my business parcels. At the beginning 8 was asking them advice when some post offices won't even take business mail as they don't know what it is.

Although the queue is very long on most days, the staff are very helpful. Especially efficient and knowledgeable. But I must say the post office does look a little run down and needs updating.
