Sent an email about our leaking roof - never responded. Followed it up a few days later with a phone call, left a message - never responded. Followed it up again with another phone call - finally responded. Sent him a text the following day - never responded. Was meant to come round to our house, my husband waited in all day - never showed up!! Unreliable & unprofessional - don't waste your time!!
