The write up seemed awesome 'ice cold air conditioning' the air conditioning actually leaked out from under the bonnet within 3 days. Rear parking sensors...didnt have any. Cruise control... didnt have it. Fuel cap was missing. 2 keys...only came with one 81000 miles actually had 83500 He managed to get it through an mot the very next morning which makes me question the true likelihood of it actually having been check over. When I mentioned about the cruise control and the sensors he became pretty defensive on the phone and instantly went on about money. Also had me waiting for 2 and a half hours to view the car. Caught me at a bad time as I needed a car for work and was waiting on an invoice to clear so I only had a couple of grand spare. I got the car and in all fairness other than the leaks it's been pretty decent after putting 3k miles on the clock. I'm hoping to sell it on for 2 grand now that my funds have cleared and buy something newer. Brought for £2650. They also kept going on about how the write up on auto trader is a generic description but in all fairness of you are taking over 2 and a half grand from someone for anything at least take the time to write up an honest description. And again when I mentioned to the guy that the description says this and that they both kept saying 'yeah but you knew this when you viewed the car' which is fair enough but if I didnt ask I'm sure that you wouldn't of mentioned it. 'All major credit cards and debit cards welcome' there not though mate cause I asked you 3 times to take card and you only wanted cash. Edit* In reply to your reply, I was waiting to hours and I can screen shot the texts if you want them? The air conditioning no longer works, I'm not going to lie about this, why would I? I got the car the day after the mot because when I called to say im on my way to collect it but I don't have cash because the banks shut at 12:30 on a Saturday you said you only wanted cash and asked how much cash I could get. I told you that i could only get £300 from the cash point and you asked if i could borrow some from my family to which i said no I'm not doing that. Which then meant I had to collect the car when I got cash because that's what you wanted. Again why would I lie? I gave a 2 star review because like I have already said the car was actually pretty decent and I enjoyed it while I had it other than what I have already stated. I have given the car to a family member as the invoice cleared and I got a newer ford focus yesterday but I'll take a picture of the leak and a screen shot of the texts about having me wait for 2 and a half hours tomorrow and upload them to the photos section tomorrow. Maybe it's not a leak from the air conditioning. I'm not a mechanic so i wouldn't know. I'm sure you do work hard and I've never questioned that but I still stand by my review and feel I've been very honest. I wouldn't give 2 stars and write an essay after having a brilliant experience so just take this one on the chin and move on mate.

Asked a simple question about a vehicle, only to have an insulting reply. Service history is one of the most important things when looking for a used car. Granted it was stated in the advertisement but that was near the end after everything that was on the car windows steering wheel etc finance openings was listed I would of thought fsh would be be close to the top not hidden way down. I later found the add on Auto Trader where it was stated in the title so obviously if I'd seen that I would not of asked about the history. Went to view and test drive a Jag with full intentions of buying if that car was in as good condition as stated, drive 22miles to be told I cannot test drive without purchase but how can I purchase without verifying the car works. The guy wants me to purchase and I haven't even heard the engine yet, seen the service history or checked anything in the car actually works. Time waster wouldn't recommend unless your happy to just hand over thousands of pounds and hope for the best. UPDATE At no point was I handed keys or discussed payment method. I was also told no test drive unless I am going to purchase afterwards which means if I drove and car had issues I would still be expected to buy. I said I have full intentions on buying a jaguar xf and if everything was good with the car I likely would have purchased it looked nice good condition. There is no way I could possibly even consider handing over thousands of pounds without first knowing what I'm buying. I only review company's that should be avoided.

I had the best experience I could have asked for in all aspects as soon as I was introduced to rose motors. As soon as I met Ajmal he was very friendly and easy to talk to and he was very thorough in his information on the car i was interested in. He even went as far as giving me valuable tips when looking for cars in future even though I never asked. It was far from a business encounter, he very much made us feel as if we weren't merely jus customers, even inviting us into his house to discuss the car further. Him and his wife were very much welcoming and looked after us beyond what we were expecting. In regards to the car, I was really impressed, it was faultless. It was in great condition was a very smooth drive, low miles with no advisories and had all the paperwork. I was also shown a few of the other cars they had to sell and they were just as great in bodywork and mechanically. Rose motors wouldnt sell any bad cars and you can be assured they only sell the top of the range.

Tried to give them a chance but obviously are too greedy or careless to respond. The service book that was being provided with the car had a service 1year before that recorded the mileage as 1000more miles than it had when I got in it. All indicators point to the service book being either fake/belonging to another car (worrying practice for a vendor with very good reviews that seemed professional). Felt that this was such a big thing to miss if you are an innocent car dealer. Didn't give 1star as it could be an innocent mistake however the way she refused to acknowledge the glaring mistake and haven't called me to explain is again another sign of dishonesty. Great family business, of which value their customers. I purchased a audi a6 avant of which found on autotrader. From start to finish Ajmal provided fantastic customer service, advice and support. And most importantly was not pushy! Happy to answer any questions. Even gave me a cold refreshment. Customer service how it should be! The standard 3 month warranty provided is honored, heating was slightly weak and without any quibble this was sorted. If you are worried about buying a car and parting with money, I honestly must say it is worth the purchase and there are no worries to be had. A massive thank you again to Ajmal. And would I buy another car from Rose Motors? Yes I would. And would highly recommend.

I was full of doubt at first because I honestly dont' trust people but after talking to Sarah and Ajmal, I was reassured that if anything is wrong with the car or if that I am not happy with it, I will receive a full refund. I received a video presentation of the car on WhatsApp as well, so I went to meet him and after 5 minutes of discussing I knew I was in good hands, that he's honest, transparent and reliable. Their Skoda Octavia met all my expectations and I even asked them to help me with the full service and cambelt change which was done also at the garage they are working with. I am very happy with the car, and I'm sure Ajmal will not say no if I will ever need help with it. Thank you !!

I would definitely recommend Rose Motors. I flew from N Ireland so trusting the dealer from the initial phone call was important. Ajmal sells a smaller number of high quality cars from his home. Upon arrival, he showed me the car, took me for a test drive and then went through the car service history and receipts of all work carried out while his wife kindly supplied coffee and biscuits. I found Ajmal honest and trustworthy. Despite a frustrating 4 hour delay in transferring funds (due to my bank's incompetence) Ajmal remained patient and accomodating. Car is running great. One of the more genuine dealers I have come across! Experience was really good and reassuring right from calling to inquire about a car to the point of car pick up. Ajmal is very professional and direct. The car (BMW 320d) was spotlessly clean, and shows no cause for concern. Ajmal even managed to get a new MOT done at a very short notice to accommodate my preferred pick up date/time. It's nice to meet a person who knows his cars well. I had hoped to test drive a Volvo XC60, travelled 30 minutes to be told I could only test drive if buying. After looking and starting the engine was told the seller was very busy, test driving is expensive so unless I make a deposit he has other things to do. Definitely NO TIME WASTERS!!
