The massage was really good, it was great. The masseuse was intuitive and adept. Minus one star because of the studio's location, in a mall. And that would be fine if there were actual walls around the tables. Instead there are thickish fabric dividers. You can hear ever clack, clack, clack of shoes, every loud phone talker, every domestic argument that passes by the front doors. Also, some plumbing passes through the wall near one of the tables. So over all, a good place but all those sounds, even with the typical massage studio music turned up high, you could hear it all. That said, I needed a massage, googled and found this place. I was able to book online and an hour or so later I was getting on a table. Got a 60 minute Swedish massage and it felt great. Price was right. Would totally go back. If you use Maps to find it, here's a pro tip, it's on the basement level, past Zara. The directions kept flipping around and give conflicting instructions. But I am no stranger to adversity and powered through. I'm a freakin' one man A-Team. But even men of action need massages from time to time. You look like you could use one.

Ok, so here's the thing. This is a mall massage joint, so it's not going to be the greatest. That's just a given. And I get annoyed with how they always have to try to upsell me on some bullshit "aromatherapy" add-on. That notwithstanding, Rose Petal is my current favorite massage option because a) it's close to my work b) I can walk in for a chair massage just about any time and c) every therapist I've seen there has had super-strong hands. So, just like a mall sushi joint or a mall Orange Julius, they aren't going to be the best you've ever had, but they're gonna get the job done and it's going to be reasonably priced and convenient. And sometimes that's really all you want.

Rose Petal Massage & Spa was warm, welcoming and have reasonable prices. I was passing through town for business and needed a massage to work out the tension in my neck. My massage therapist was Joey and he was great. Joey was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable about the human body. I would highly recommend him. The only reason I am not giving them 5-stars is that the person who booked my appointment didn't let me know that this spa is in the mall. Since I was from out-of-state it was hard to find and I was a few minutes late to my appointment. However, Joey did give me my full-hour and he wasn't rushed at all.

If you’re here rating them less over being in the mall, get over it, you knew what you were doing when you walked in. I usually see Ana but have also seen Corey and they are both awesome. I have had massages from two other guys there, but I don’t remember their names. It’s always great. The staff is friendly and have good communication during the massage. For anyone complaining about pressure, they ask if it’s too much or too little, they aren’t mind readers and different people have different preferences. If it’s not what you want, say it. If you didn’t communicate it with the therapist, don’t complain, it’s on you.

I originally booked a deep tissue bed massage, but am 14 weeks pregnant so they changed me to a chair massage to be mindful of my bump. Still got an excellent massage despite the change, and I added on a 20min foot massage at the end as I felt like it would be a nice way to finish my visit. I was able to book same day and was offered a bottle of water, plus they have candy/chocolate if you’re interested. Very professional and clean experience, with kind masseuse :)

Walked into the mall while we were passing time until our flight and found this message place in the lowest level of the mall. Went in for a 15 min message and a 10 min message and the two men who took care of us were very friendly and gave GREAT messages! They took their time and really put in the effort into your message! I would definitely go back if I lived in Oregon! Try them!! We both felt great after!!

Made a very last minute appointment for a table massage because my neck and back we’re killing me after getting back from a music festival. The atmosphere and staff were very friendly and chill. I really liked the person who did my massage, felt like a new person after it. Again cannot stress how friendly and nice the staff were. 10/10 going to go there again.

these are the strongest chinese uncles I have ever had the privilege of encountering. they knew where my knots were and work tirelessly to unwind them. I was truly in a daze post massage. definitely worth the visit and the prices are so fair. bring some cash for a tip because these chinese uncles deserve it.

1st time being professionally massaged. The wait time was sorta annoying, but I was already kinda grumpy due to pain. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but young dude helped me out. Laid down the right amount of pressure on my shoulder, I can turn my head without wincing now. Glad I waited a little longer

I came here initially for a shoulder injury and Anne was incredible. I came weekly for a few months until I was all healed up! Today, I got my first Swedish table massage with Carissa and I feel like a different person to when I walked in. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

I've had massages at a lot of places, but this by far was the best! The place it's self could be nicer, it's in a mall so there is some background noise and the table and oil are not heated. However the guys here make up for it in expertise! Prices are good too!

Massage was ok 2.5/5 After payment of $40 for 15 minutes of mediocre massage I was aggressively confronted by the man there who DEMANDED a tip. Demanding and then resorted to begging ??!! I'm very uncomfortable..... Discussed with the audacity

Anne was incredible! She applied the right amount of pressure and knew exactly where all my areas of pain were without me even saying so! The spa was very warm and comforting as well. My only regret was not receiving a longer chair massage.

Very good foot massages, but can't overcome the mall setting and honestly they aren't trying hard enough. One of the therapists was chatty to start but quieted down after less than five minutes. The price is pretty fair too.

Made an appointment prior to them even opening, then was told sorry they don't have anyone, that I could wait 20min, then they said another 40min. I already paid $6 for parking while waiting. Wasted time, don't waste yours.

Great service! I walked in on my lunch break to work out a terrible knot in my neck and shoulder. 20 minute chair massage later and I can move again! Don’t be put off by the fact it’s in the mall! My neck feels great now!

It's a bit tight in there and there is a lot of extra ambient noise given it's in the basement of the mall not far from the food court. The therapist I had was competent but not 5 star. A pretty basic service.

1 hour full body with David was amazing. He worked efficently to cover upper and lower body and ensured i was comfortable frequently. I walked away feeling like a brand new person. I will be back for sure.
