Extremely irritated with the service provided by this shop. I ordered some flowers for a friend who is recovering after having his wisdom teeth removed. He lives in an apartment complex and they left the flowers at the apartment leasing office on Saturday morning, but didnt call (I provided them with his phone number when I placed the order) to advise him that they were delivered. Admittedly, the apartment complex dropped the ball here as well. They should have called their resident. When I called to inquire about the status of this issue, I was told that they would check their delivery records and call me back. They then called the person I ordered flowers for and asked if he could tell them "why" he "didnt recive the delivery?" With much back and forth, they advised him that the flowers were likely left at his apartment complex and to please retrieve them there. All well and good, but it's now Sunday and his apartment complex office is closed on Sunday. So the earliest my Saturday flowers will be seen or enjoyed is Monday. When I get my call back from the shop, I simply get a person telling me that the flowers were left at the apartment complex office. No apology for the inconvenience. No explanation as to why they could call my recovering friend now to interrogate him about why he didnt receive the delivery, but not when the flowers were left at the apartment leasing office. I will not be ordering from Rosie Posie again.

It was LATE in the afternoon, and I needed a 'last minute' same-day delivery, for my sister, to thank you, for a 'special trip' that she did for me... I really wanted lovely flowers, JUST the way she'd love them! WELL-- I found this flower shop, here, and called... the man very VERY nice, informed, and willing to do THE best! I described what I wanted (as, I had no time to check through photos) and-- he (special thanks to Ruben) had them DO the most amazing, lovely flowers, and-- they came out JUST the way she wanted... they WENT by my 'description' only and UNDERSTOOD how to do it, without any photo-plan... It was there, for that same day! all done perfectly! I will USE them again, when and if, I can... thank you with ALL my heart! for me-- it was PERFECT and excellent, and prices were the same as all the usual, places (with options on sizes), plus it was a 15 per-cent, off special, at this time! Words cannot express how grateful I am for Rosies & Posies’s service. While searching for flowers to use for my engagement party, I stumbled upon a flower shop that specializes in dry flowers. Needless to say, their communication skills were awful. After three weeks of no response, I took my money elsewhere and called Rosies & Posies, as I’ve ordered from them in the past and have always been satisfied. Within 24 hours, Leah (I believe that was her name), was able to listen to me, inquire on the exact look I was going for, reassured me my order is possible, and sent me the invoice. As someone who is particular and detailed oriented, I asked if she can keep me updated with the process. And she really did! Throughout the weeks, she sent photos of the vases, sizes, and the flowers as the date approached. Having Rosies & Posies handle my engagement party flowers was one less thing for me to worry about. I will definitely be back. It was an honor and pleasure doing business with them.

This is my go to florist. They are responsive, local and wonderful. I once sent flowers through a “big box” and all were delivered wilted and dead. (How embarrassing.) Never again. One call to Rosie & Posies and we were taken care of. We are dedicated life long customers for a reason- they remember important occasions and make sure to add a personal touch on their arrangements. Their staff is 10/10. Today, I spoke to an employee named Ruban who helped me track down delivery information for 20 minutes (I totally forgot the address and it wasn’t saved in my phone ugh). Then the owner personally called me back to make sure we created the perfect gift to brighten the recipients day. The employees are 10/10 and the owner actually CARES about what they do and deliver. I can’t imagine using anyone but them. I’m absolutely lucky I found them and and am dedicated for life. If you want a small business that takes pride in every arrangement they deliver, look no further.

They were delivered so beautifully, and the flowers turned out better than we could have ever imagined! The wedding canopy looked even better than I was imagining because of the flowers, and my bouquet was an absolute dream. Everything held up perfectly even though they were in the direct sun the entire time, and was SO worth it even though our wedding was super small! I’m not from the area but when i went to visit my girlfriend in San José I walked by this place. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and did it over the phone with Layla. She was super helpful and pleasant. Really helped in getting what I needed to surprise my girlfriend. Took my order and explained everything to me. Afterwards I had a few more questions and had Ruben helping. Also very helpful and going the extra mile to help me in what I needed for today. Also when they say same day delivery they mean same day delivery. It was more like I need flowers ASAP. Man they got you. Totally recommend this place to anyone that are looking to send flowers to loved ones. The flowers are beautiful and fresh and the detail to what the person needs they got you. My attempt to make an order from Australia was an absolute disaster. I wanted flowers for wedding - they came up without prices at their website. A call to the shop - they suggested to go to Anniversaries section to have the priced selection. OK. While compiling the order I found at the very end of a lengthy procedure that there is no way to enter my Australian address and phone. Even Australia is in the long list of countries the rest of the fields are strictly American format. Call the shop again. Three times, in fact - waiting and waiting, consultations behind the scene,, the connection was lost. The conclusion - forget about it as they suggested. Nobody was sorry over there. Business as usual apparently.

Absolutely the most gorgeous bouquets of flowers I have ever received! My boyfriend has sent me flowers two months in a row. Once for my birthday and another time to cheer me up when I was going through some personal things. The flowers both times have been absolutely incredible. So fresh and beautiful. The first bouquet lasted for at least two weeks. I picked out the ones that died after and kept the ones that still looked fresh for almost a month. I’m excited to do the same with these. And the vases are the best I’ve seen. I’ve successfully annoyed all of my friends and followers on social media posting endless photos of these. By far the best place I have ever been to buy plants, succulents and flowers! I live on campus at SJSU and I visit once a week to buy succulents and plants (college student friendly prices :D). The service there is amazing and the workers are super kind and helpful. They also sell cool pots and on top of that, if you work/go to school at SJSU you get a 10% off discount on everything :))) I've recommended this place to some friends and family and they all love the place as well! Definitely stop by if you have a green thumb or if you are new to plants because a lot of the stuff offered there are super low maintenance and easy to take care of!

Made an flower arrangement oder for my Mother, for it to arrive 5/10, to my surprise it was just delivered today is 5/09, arrived home to see the arrangement.. NOTHING like what I ordered!! Not the vase NOT the flowers !!! And a WHOLE different date! I’m calling the shop to get this fixed ASAP for tomorrow’s celebration. But no answer which I can understand because maybe they have shorter hours because of the shelter in place. But mind you whole different arrangement & date my MOM wasn’t even home !! So upset.

We are ex-residents of San Jose and live out of state now. My mother-in-law passed a week ago. We learned date & time of the funeral and had only 18 hours to get flowers to the chapel! After checking out the website, I called Rosies & Posies Downtown to place our order for a funeral display wreath. I was assured they could handle the task and the flowers would be there on time. The flowers were there on time and were absolutely lovely. So glad I called them!

I live in New York and my daughter lives in San Jose. When we wanted to send her get well flowers I looked for a San Jose florist because we always prefer to shop a local, small business when we can. I paid over $100 to have flowers delivered for my sister on her birthday, what she got doesn't deserve even one star! not only it didn't look like the picture, the flowers were wilted and they used a different vase! the card that was delivered with it looked like was chewed by an animal or something.... I was so embarrassed I haven't tried calling them to get my money back but I'm going to try..... don't waste your money here

I had a great experience dealing with Rosie and Posie. Staff member Layla was very helpful in assisting me on what type of arrangement would be most fitting to celebrate a new baby. The arrangement arrived on time and was lovely. When you are ordering from thousands of miles away you have to trust that the vendor has integrity. As far as I am concerned your can be very confident that Rosie and Posie will leave you delighted.

This is the most unprofessional florist I have ever experienced. They don't even have the common decency to reach out to job applicants; instead they lead on job applicants and lie that they will reach out eventually with an update (which they never do because they don't know how to properly communicate and run a business). The plants sold here are also ridiculously and unnecessarily marked up. Don't waste your time here.

Amazing experience! I ordered 20 centerpieces for my wedding reception, in addition to other arrangements for other areas of the venue. The owner listened to all of my requests and came up with beautiful arrangements that perfectly fit what I was asking for. The flowers were gorgeous. I got a lot of compliments on the flowers! This is my favorite flower shop in San Jose. The location is easy to get to in downtown and there are always a lot of flowers to choose from! Garbage, save your money and buy anywhere else. payed for before 3pm delivery and called, they told me don't worry it will be there by 5pm... I payed extra for early delivery, thanks a lot rosies now I have a pissed off wife that I have to buy a bunch more for because you couldnt deliver on promised services. I'd rate 0 if I could.

I recently received a arrangement of peonies from this florist - they were GORGEOUS! The service was great too - I was traveling at the time the flowers were delivered and they were kind enough to pick them up and re-deliver them a week later when I was back. Just an all-around fantastic experience!

The flowers delivered to the funeral were stunning. As I had discussed with them before the order, the arrangement looked nearly identical to the picture online, only prettier. It always feels risky to order when you don't see the product live and in-person but, Rosies and Posies came through

I was disappointed with how small the flower arrangement was. For how pricey they are, they could at least make the greenery a little bigger. The customer service was great, very friendly. They need to work on the size of their bouquets. Also, adding some lavender in, only 6 pieces? Come on…
